The College of Agriculture helped me significantly in learning advanced concepts in regards to Plant and Soil Science as a transfer student from a community college. The job I currently work at aligns quite well with the curriculum taught by the dedicated professors both in general education and in the college itself. The campus itself is gorgeous all year long and the surrounding downtown area provides many helpful services to make life happen. The outdoor areas too are wonderful and are well worth exploring (time permitting). The financial aid package provided by FAFSA (highly recommended, if not mandatory to apply) too was something neither my dad or I expected to make use of. Not sure why some other reviewers experienced issues with the system. I experienced no problems the whole time while enrolled as a student. Perhaps my enjoyment of the experience is skewed due to the fact that the pandemic greatly altered many aspects of the university itself when I first transferred (then gradually rolled back). If I could, I would give 4.5 stars. At the end of the day, higher education is a choice, and CSUC was a great choice indeed for me!

The program is 4 years, almost year round, at night, three nights a week, three hours a night. Like most schools, it has its pros and cons, and some teaching staff is better than others. But at the end of the day, it is a means to an end. The tuition is affordable, but no loans. You need to find your own financing. Most people work during the day, and then school at night. If you have a life or family right now, you will not while this is going on.. Be prepared to spend the weekends in the library, all day, and the Monday night you are not in class will be spent studying. Friday night you need a damn break, so do not even try to study then. Good luck!!!

(Doctor of Jurisprudence) degree, which can be earned in four years through night classes, either in person or synchronous online, and a Master of Legal Studies (M.L.S.) degree, which can be completed part-time in two years. The J.D. program meets the educational requirements for admission to the State Bar of California. However, individuals enrolled in the MLS program are not eligible to pursue the J.D. degree, and completing an MLS does not qualify a student to take the California Bar Exam or practice law in California or other jurisdictions. Prospective law students should verify the requirements of the jurisdiction where they intend to practice.
