Before he ever came out, he spent an hour and a half on the phone with me walking through what I wanted from the system and suggesting cost-effective solutions - which I really appreciated. He did all of that at no charge, simply to help me make the right decisions and ensure I ordered the correct equipment. On installation day, he arrived right on time and professionally set everything up. He configured the system, made sure everything was running smoothly, and took the time to show me how to navigate and manage the new UniFi dashboard. Everything turned out so well that I even had him stop by our office afterwards to give us recommendations for a full network upgrade in the near future. DM Networking!!!!! I was having issues setting up my Amplifi Alien Mesh system. I had to buy another one since my existing mesh point failed. After a Google search for home networking and reviews, I came across DM Networking! I told David my issue and he was willing to come out but offered me an alternative to my Amplifi Alien mesh system at a better cost. He recommend the EERO 6 Pro or Max I believe but I ended up getting the EERO7. Install was a breeze from the phone ap and all of my products run smoothly and my wifi signal is strong throughout my house and even outside! People don't realize how difficult life can be when you're lying in bed and you can't tell Alexa to turn off/on your lamp and you have to do it manually (lol). The main issue is David took a couple of my calls and and taught me a few things about the home networking. He could have easily made some quick money but he actually was looking out for my best interest. If in the future I need any help...David at DM Networking is who I am going to call! Absolutely fantastic. Communication was excellent at he was sitting in traffic and let me know and still managed to show up on time. There were some nuances related to my existing equipment that had been previously installed incorrectly and he was able to troubleshoot everything and in the 2 weeks since he left, we have had PERFECT working high speed internet throughout the entire home at every corner. The mesh is working the way it was intended. He even found a CAT 5 cable that was incorrectly built and was restricting speed to one of the mesh platforms that was causing some of the problems. His patience and expertise had a "spidey sense" of the issue, and he was right. Completely professional and helpful.
