I had a job offer i could not refuse, and had to sell my home. I signed up with a well known company in the area, thinking they would pull in more showings. 4 months later, i had ZERO showings, the lady didn't even know my name, didn't want to do an open house, and when i emailed and called her on multiple occasions to say she had someone else's house pictures on my listing... she told me i was wrong and refused to change them. I actually had to switch realty companies b/c this 'very popular company' did nothing for me. I lost valuable time on the market due to that and when i asked to be released from my contract with them, they wanted to charge me or have me wait out the remainder of the contract.
