Beth is the ABSOLUTE BEST. We met Beth at one of her open houses, and while that house wasn't right…read morefor us, we knew that she was. Beth seeks to understand what you're looking for, she keeps it real with you, and I personally find her to be really fun and funny. Especially as first-time homebuyers, that's exactly what we were hoping for in a buyer's agent. She immediately helped us launch into our search, sending us listings round-the-clock and planned a day of house hunting. We were moving from out of town, so her knowledge of the neighborhoods was immensely helpful. We happened to find our dream home on the first trip, which is more about luck than anything else, but she did everything she could to get us in there. Her depth of experience in the industry makes her very knowledgable. She understands how to navigate a competitive seller's market and takes the time to offer emotional support should you get hit with a gut punch. She keeps things moving along with her wealth of resources--she knows a person for anything you need to have done, which was so highly efficient. She took care of inspections, getting paperwork to the mortgage company and was always available to answer questions as they came up. Every step of the way, it was clear what she was taking care of and the tasks that we needed to handle on our own. I can't tell you how much help that is when you live out of town and work a high-demand job. My only wish was for more time with Beth since I genuinely enjoyed spending time with her, but she's our go-to should we need her services in the future and we're going to recommend her to any friend/family looking for an amazing agent. We're so grateful to have found her that day and for all that she's done to make our home-buying experience the best it could be. Thank you so much, Beth!!
