We were going to just have the existing red brick walkway in front of the house leveled, but after seeing what he did behind the garage we changed our mind and had Al replace the short walkway with the same paving blocks. The much longer front walk will be done the same way in the Spring. Even though we changed the project mid-stream, Al was great about it and rolled with the changes. We asked for a quote to deal with unpleasant odors coming from our crawlspace underneath our…read moresunroom (rodent waste deposited on old insulation). Groundwork's crew were awesome from the initial quote process to final completion. Christian was great in the sales process and Mikah Ramos and Mickey Snip were excellent in the solution. They removed all the old insulation along with the rodent waste, cleaned out our crawlspace and sealed it all up to prevent rodents from coming in. Worksite was left cleaner than when they arrived and they were super efficient. Price wasn't the cheapest but it was fair value (they do have a good and easy 0% interest financing option) and they were able to schedule the work much sooner than other places. I hired him to repoint my granite block chimney and resurface the concrete crown that had several cracks and was allowing water infiltration. He also applied a water repellent product to further protect the chimney structure from moisture. The work was excellent and the price was reasonable compared to other quotes I got. The job site was always left clean and organized after each day. After the job was completed, he continued to follow up to ensure the water issue was resolved.
