Entering the dealership office, I observed the large glass paneling that separated the immaculately kept business area from the showroom and was treated to a sumptuous banquet of dream car eye candy, that doggedly triggered all of the irrational, impulse buy nerve centers in my brain! I was set on the Audi SQ8; entering that showroom would've tested my resolve! My personal sales rep Carlos was above reproach, handling business with consummate professionalism, panache, genuineness and disarming transparency! He made my wife, daughter and I feel like we were among family! The whole process of purchasing the 2024 SQ8 (which I absolutely love) was as painless as it was expedient. Even with all of that said, we offered $12,000 cash and since he said that he makes more money financing the deal, I told him that he could have us finance $12,000 which is over the online said list price. The salesman named "Steven G" would not give us "the real" price until the end. He said that the vehicle is $11,795, but you are forced to pay for "Lo-Jack" theft prevention service bc they steal their vehicles off of the lot, and they pass the cost to the potential buyers. So he added $900+ to the fake $11,795 price. Then he added more of the hidden fees being a "PDSI" fee of $2000 and a "destination" fee of $2,000 and a finance fee of an additional $5,000! After speaking with his manager, he came back with the true "out the door" (OTD) price of $18,593! We thought that this would be the case after reading other Google Reviews of this shady place. Before we departed and drove 3 hours in the rain, "Giselle" and "Axel" are the liars that say the online price is real and true and have no hidden fees just to get you in the door. Giselle and Axel aren't even located or work at the dealership site, they are outsourced liars. So no matter what you do, PLEASE DON'T GO TO Price Wise Auto because they will lie and try to scam you! They are all a bunch of liars that will be out to steal as much money as they can from you! Don't waste your time! like we did! I had to wait for the check for the car to come from my bank and Eddie held the car for me until it came, which was great. I took the car for an inspection prior to purchase and the mechanic said everything looked good, so I don't think this place sells junk cars like some dealerships do. Andrew, the owners son, was super amazing. My three year old son loved him and Andrew played with him and kept him entertained through the whole buying process.
