I called up JT Auto as soon as my check engine light came on and I was connected with Lisa, who is an absolute gem! She was able to get me an appointment for the next day and walked me through the whole process. I had to come back more than once in between my meetings, and Lisa was very considerate and informed me that because they were experiencing a delay, she could stay open a little late so I could pick up my vehicle. The first time I checked in, she informed me that the wrong part was sent over, but Lisa expertly navigated calling the right folks to ensure that I got the right part! When picking up my car, JT was able to answer all my questions and recommended some helpful service tips that may save me from some grief in the future. The second time I went in was for routine maintenance and the whole JT Auto team was able to get me in and out ASAP! I can say with confidence that JT Auto is my go-to location for all my car needs. Thanks to the whole team for providing efficient, reliable service!

I recently had a major issue with my beloved 2008 Infiniti (Stability Braces had completely rotted out) and needed to get these hard to find parts delivered to their shop to save the life of my vehicle. Throughout the process, Ronnie checked in with my frequently to let me know where things stood, and kept me notified of any changes/costs etc. that were ongoing. This is the BEST Auto Service Provider in the greater Baltimore-Washington area, I challenge anyone to debunk this statement. K&S is that shop. Dave is awesome. i don't have to know the jargon to be taken seriously and taken care of. top marks for customer service. i awkwardly described noises that i had concerns about, and the shop was able to diagnose the problem efficiently. the shop didn't have a replacement part for my car at the time of my visit; so they were able to effect a temporary fix while the part shipped. and then they made the quick repair in literal minutes on my return visit. i had an oil change done at the same time of my first visit. they have Mobil 1 synthetic, at a reasonable price. i'm used to buying the oil myself- i think K&S charges less than Autozone, or at least comparable. and certainly more convenient than buying the oil beforehand. i mentioned a couple issues with my car that i had observed, but it was obvious the shop gave the car a good once-over, and i really appreciated that. their rates are comparable to Benchmark's, whose were considerably less expensive than dealership and other shops. i confidently recommend K&S!
