He was so rude from the time I said "hello" when he called me to tell me he was outside. So I got him to the right place and told him where my car would be. I said "it will be on your right. It's a black Toyota Camry. As I was walking up, I saw he had stopped in front of the wrong car. I told him that he was in front of a Corolla, not. Camry. Is it wrong for me to assume that a towing company representative should know cars? His attitude increase once again because of HIS mistake. The only good thing about this guy is that he was fast. It's the only reason for the additional star. When he was done, he never said anything to me about being finished. I'm glad I knew. But I said thank you and he completely ignored me. He didn't even look in my direction. Even after being rude to me the entire time he worked on my car, I tried to be the bigger person and stay nice, but it didn't work.
