When the technician got there he was rude and grumpy. Now I get it was raining and there was snow on the ground, so I would let that alone go. But when he opened my hatchback trunk to get my spare some snow fell on his socket wrench heads and he dumped them out of the case to get the snow off. While he was putting his socket wrench heads back (he used his power tool to completely tighten the lug nuts down BTW, which you should never do) he shook one out and it flew out of his hand and hit me solidly in the ankle while I was standing nearby. I would normally not mind that either, it was an accident. HOWEVER, he pretended like nothing happened, didn't even acknowledge that he had hurt me. I had 3 other friends there to witness that he did see what had happened. He said nothing at all, finished up, and left. It's been 2 days now and my ankle is still swollen with a hard lump where it hit me. It still really hurts, and I'm getting a little concerned the it's more than just a bruise. I scheduled an appointment with a doctor tomorrow to see what damage was done. I don't think it's broken, but it might be a bone bruise. I wouldn't use this company ever again and I might have to take legal action if this gets costly to treat on my own. At least it was free through my insurance. Their road tech arrived quickly enough and was successful in changing the tire on the spot so that I didn't need a tow. They charged me $550 to change a tire because it was a "heavy vehicle". He used a standard pump-action jack that is found at any auto service center and a drill/driver. Unbelievable.
