He was so rude from the time I said "hello" when he called me to tell me he was outside. Their road tech arrived quickly enough and was successful in changing the tire on the spot so that I didn't need a tow. They charged me $550 to change a tire because it was a "heavy vehicle". He used a standard pump-action jack that is found at any auto service center and a drill/driver. Unbelievable.
