He was so rude from the time I said "hello" when he called me to tell me he was outside. When he got to the area my home was in, he was in the wrong place, so I had to direct him by phone to the correct location. He acted like I was in the wrong because HE wasn't in the right place. So I got him to the right place and told him where my car would be. I said "it will be on your right. It's a black Toyota Camry. As I was walking up, I saw he had stopped in front of the wrong car. I told him that he was in front of a Corolla, not. Camry. Is it wrong for me to assume that a towing company representative should know cars? His attitude increase once again because of HIS mistake. The only good thing about this guy is that he was fast. It's the only reason for the additional star. When he was done, he never said anything to me about being finished. I'm glad I knew. But I said thank you and he completely ignored me. He didn't even look in my direction.
