The owner and property manager were fantastic. We had a slight issue regarding the AC circulation and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The communication and customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend this center, and look forward to doing more business with these ladies.

From the first e-mail and phone call that Shannon and I exchanged to our last text message the day after my wedding, she was an absolute pleasure and delight to work with. She knew every detail of our entire wedding weekend, she flawlessly executed my ceremony and venue decor set-ups in concert with our venue's banquet coordinator and she kept our entire bridal party on schedule the entire day. When I would think of something, I would turn to Shannon to say it, but she had already handled it. She had a smile on her face the entire day, and made us feel loved and provided for, as if we were her own family members getting married. But most of all? She took care of OUR MOMs so that they never had to stress or worry about any moment of the big day. I hope someday I have some reason to hire Shannon again. Preliminary review -…read more Ive been "watching this space" since Firefly closed a while back. Hopeful it would be another cupcake place, but not at all sure what was coming. The sign "Everyday Gourmet" has been up for a while, but it was not open yet. Then I drove by the other day and saw it was open. Stopped in today first chance I had, to check it out. Cute cute cute space. They have it displayed nicely. A few tables in the front as well. They had perhaps 10 cupcakes ($2.85 each) on display today, and some other shortbread and related treats. I talked for a few minutes to the owner (I believe), who said they have their original location in Niagara Falls. They do a lot of catering I understand. Always good to know. While they have a rotation of perhaps 40 cupcakes, we tried the white cake with chocolate chips and buttercream frosting (forgot the name) and the peanut butter banana one. Both were well received. These cupcakes are not huge. They are a good size and have a reasonable amount of frosting. Personally I liked they way they flowed together. A sample of the shortbread left me wanting more. I'll be back soon for some other treats. Located just down from Ashkers, parking is street, traffic flow easy. Ill update after more visits. But I want everyone to know this place is open and to stop by and give them a try.

After having a foot long hot dog and cheese-fries at Sullivan's, and sitting on the deck we adventured across the street to this new establishment that opened at the end of July 2013. We were greeted by rows and rows of custom cupcakes. I was in heaven but unfortunately I let my wife choose for us. :) She made an excellent choice though, the Pina Colada Cupcake. It was so good and fresh and good. Now I wish I had gotten my own all to myself. I also noticed delicious looking brownies and other sweet delicacies. There is also a wide range of hot and cold drinks. The owner was there to serve and was very friendly and helpful. After speaking to her we learned that Everyday Gourmet is also a full service catering business available for both private and corporate catering and has been in operation for many years. The business card she gave us stated that their service includes custom menu planning, delivery, set-up, and break-down for your event. We will be back!

After the terrible…read moreChristmas storm that hit in 2022, Jacob found out that our Condo Community was without a plowing contractor. Our plowing contractor called on Christmas night to inform us that he is going out of business and we were stuck with 6 ft snow drifts in our driveways. Our 20 unit community made of of older seniors were isolated. When Jacob head the news he headed over with a big front loader and cleaned out all 20 driveways. He would not take any money and only asked that we make a donation to help children. What a great neighbor!!! Thank you Jacob for your extreme kindness! We will make a donation in your name!

Contacted all season after getting the recommendation from another vendor who was unable to help us…read moreout. I needed just ten white wooden chairs which I was assured I would have no problem. Got the quote and sent all the paperwork back. Was told I had not signed the quote (this was handwritten and scanned, so I missed the signature line however I signed everything else) Was told that they'd send me a docusign agreement via email. They also told me that even if I didn't get the email to sign that I could sign when I picked up the chairs. It never came through but I wasn't worried. Finally it arrived in email (spam) and it was not docu sign but another contract to print and sign. I printed and signed and scanned it and emailed to speed up the process. At this point I had already been charged the full amount on my card and had sent in all the paperwork sent to me. All I had to do was pick up. Three days before my event they called me to say they did not have the chairs I paid for. They told me they hadn't held them for me because they didn't have my signature. I told them I had sent in everything and have a voicemail that says "don't worry if you can't get the quote signed, we can do it on Friday when you pick up"-they had no response other than sorry nothing we can do, we don't have the chairs. They asked if I wanted black and I did no I specifically wanted white. Asked if I wanted plastic and I said no I wanted white. (Note-I started the process weeks before needing the chairs and did everything they asked. I was even told sometimes documents go to spam or don't go through but don't worry.) Finally she tells me "well let me see what I can do I'll call you back in a few minutes"-she never calls back. In the meantime I called another place and was able to book what I needed over the phone with no issues. I called All season back and said forget it and was told "we can check our Rochester store"-why wasn't that the first option I was given???? Not only did she not call me back within a few minutes, but she clearly wasn't trying to fix the problem. I have a feeling they got a bigger order and decided my ten chairs wasn't important. Definitely don't recommend, horrible customer service.

They paid attention to small details, and had an Easter egg hunt with prizes for all the kids! The play area was clean and our kids had a wonderful time. The owner had free cake and soft drinks during the event too, and when I spoke to him, he was just so kind and nice. That kind of personal attention is what I look for in a business!! Plus, we won their giant chocolate bunny raffle!! Please give them business and keep this good business going!!
