Throughout the entire process Erin and her team were on top of every detail before I even needed to think about it. An employee named KK refused the payment, confidently assuring us that a remote deposit wasn't necessary and that it was perfectly fine to pay upon arrival today. They even issued us an invoice, leaving us under the impression that our rental was 100% safe. The Morning of the Event (The Betrayal):Today, a family member called to confirm the final pickup details, only to be met with a total shock. They told us, "We don't have that throne anymore; we sent it out on delivery to another party." They quietly re-rented our item behind our backs without a single phone call, text, or warning, completely shattering our event plans. The Runaround (An Hour of Ghosting):Panic set in, and we scrambled to call them back to figure out how this was possible. Suddenly, they stopped picking up. It took an entire hour of continuous dialing just to get someone back on the line. When we finally reconnected with KK, she was completely cold, indifferent, and entirely unapologetic that her false promises had just ruined our event setup. Management (Zero Solutions):KK passed the phone to her manager, Victor, who immediately met our frustration with a defensive, "oh well, it's not our fault" attitude. We were completely desperate and willing to do anything to get the throne we needed, but they gave us absolutely zero solutions or alternatives. While Victor eventually backed down and realized how badly his team botched our reservation, they just shrugged and left us completely empty-handed on the day of our event. They blocked us from securing the item with a deposit, promised it would be held, gave it away behind our backs, and then treated us like an inconvenience. This company lacks basic professionalism, integrity, and empathy. Save yourself the nightmare and take your business elsewhere.

Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. I am an event organizer who recently rented games for a major conference in San Jose. I did not…read morerealize that the company I used to make my booking was in fact a broker who passed my booking along to Plan-It. At the end of my event, no one came to pick up the rentals. I had several large games (DDR machine, Basketball hoops, etc) and the venue was not prepared to hold them. The original broker completely flaked on me but when I finally found the contact information for Plan-It, Chip came to my rescue! The games were quickly picked up and I avoided a late-fee from the venue. I consider this the fault solely of the broker who did not provide adequate contact information and gave the wrong pickup information to Plan-It. From now on, I will be more careful to skip the broker and go directly to the source.
