I give it 2 stars for the chicken wings but a big fat ZERO 0 because the service was below subpar. We were visiting from out of town and I saw a review about the wings on YouTube and was determined to try them. We pull up to the drive up to order and we were going to try a variety of things besides the chicken, so I asked the worker what kind of fish they had.....you can't make this stuff up folks....her answer was "I don't know I don't eat fish" in the most ratchet voice you can conjur up in your mind. I knew then to only order what I came for and burn out!!!! Will my review make a change with the establishment?? Not likely but there was no way I wasn't leaving a review after my experience. Stopped by for some ice cream thinking this place was like a smaller chain version of Dairy Queen. The lady taking my order said burgers are their specials (not what I expected) but I hate burgers so I got my ice cream like I wanted. I have sat in this line for almost 40 minutes. Cannot get out of the parking lot because of more and more cars. There's no one getting their orders. But they are taking orders to their friends who are parked behind the building. The line has poured out into the street and the same car that was sitting at the order menu has not moved. Whatsoever. Alright people ha the seasoned fries are great the burgers are great I only put four stars because the chicken strips are always overcooked and frozen fried. You can buy it from wallmart Tyson all day long but the staff is great just don't order the chicken. Everything else was wonderful. Will eat here again. read more

I do not recommend going to this location at all, but if you do go, please pay careful attention to what you are charged before you pay for it. I went recently and ordered three combos for my group. The total I got seemed kind of high but I didn't think anything of it until later that day when I looked at the receipt. Instead of charging the price of the combos that is listed on the menu, they charged for each item separately, which made the overall total $10 more than it was actually supposed to cost. I went back up there to show them the receipt thinking that it would be no big deal and that they would just refund the $10 over the mistake, but instead the person working yelled at me and told me that it was rung up correctly and that the prices on the menu aren't always the correct prices. I explained that the discrepancy was way too large for that to be the case. She then told me that they do not have a combo button on their cash register, so they have to ring the items up separately. She also told me the combos do not come with drinks so they cost extra, but the menu clearly states that all combos come with fries and a drink. I really couldn't believe they wouldn't just give me the money back when their error was as clear as day, but I was honestly more surprised and annoyed by the completely ridiculous justification of the overcharge than I was about the overcharge itself. I would recommend just going to the location off of Church Road. They are more professional and they actually charge you the prices that are on the menu. Wow, a concept. Worse food ever. Because my food was squished and I had ordered 2 phillycheese steak and two double cheese burgers and 3 fries. And the phillycheese was squished and the burgers was squished as well everything was in one small papet brown bag and the bag was full of grease and was leaking everywhere. And looked on receipt and it says no refund or exchanged. And I had to find the number on the internet and it is a bad place with careless employees and the receipt has no phone number as well. Price on the board does not reflect the price they ring up. I ordered the double burger combo which on the board says 6.09 but the cashier stated my orderrf totaled 7.46. I said there is no way that my taxes add up to over a dollar. My calculation was .65 cents. I asked for the manager who was not available. So I asked for his name and number and, of course, I have not been able to reach him. These prices need to be corrected to correct the actual prices. I will not visit this location again.
