The young man asked if I had been helped and when I said No, he stopped to assist. I had questions and he answered and then I placed my order. Interestingly enough I have had a sno cone where the businesses charges for more than 1 flavor. ‍ It didn't take long to make and had good taste, but nothing special and for the price I wanted spectacular. On top of that they have way too many flavors, if there were fewer they could focus on making those few flavors the best.
