I stepped in to reinforce the other customer's complaint and reiterated that they needed to use gloves or a plastic wrapper to grab the cones. The other customer decided to leave because he did not want his children to get sick from these poor hygienic practices and the employee muttered "so what leave." The service here is terrible and this family's anti-Blackness ensures they'll continue to treat Black customers poorly as in the case of this customers' legitimate complaints about their unhygienic and unsanitary practices being ignored.
