But this one sets 7 as the youngest age, and won't really give a reason why it's not 6 like other locations. None of this is explicitly written anywhere, so this may also change at will (or they may just be telling different families different things, who knows). The Costco admin at this location said that this is a Costco policy (no kids under 7). Costco corporate said this is not a Costco policy. They said that Costco does not control the age, and allows the independent doctor to set their own rules - which is why you'll see different age requirements at different locations. One thing I consistently appreciate is how helpful and efficient the employees are. My dad and I recently had a great experience when we decided to return a case of kombucha we purchased. Turns out we're probably just not kombucha people (lesson learned LOL). Even though one bottle was missing from the case, the employee processed the return without any hassle or questions asked. While we don't plan on making a habit of returns, I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating the team was. Great customer service goes a long way, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back to this Costco.

Costco's a very customer oriented store, and the one in Carmel Mountain is where I shop most often…read more The store has many positives: good inventory, well stocked shelves, high standards for cleanliness, great quality meats, good prices on most items, tasty prepared foods in the deli case, availability of several products for those with dietary restrictions, a variety of home repair and improvement services, gardening equipment and decor that stays in time with the seasons, great selection and process for eyewear, the famously generous Costco return policy, etc. The main drawbacks seem to be the same as with many other Costcos: insufficient parking, frequent over-crowding, often long lines at the gas station (although the lines do move at a good pace), and crowds at sample stations clogging traffic flow for shoppers. This location doesn't have a car wash, either. Although I'd love one here, I'd hate to have it at the expense of the already insufficient parking. I'll continue shopping here and at Costco online. Asked to get a Bionic, they told me they had no Bionics, but offered to give me a discount on a much more expensive phone. I asked when it would be in, they said never, and that the phone was being discontinued as it was well over a year old. I corrected them and said the phone was released 5 months ago, because I own another. They insisted I go with the more expensive phone, as the Bionic was discontinued anyway. I pointed out that all phones will be discontinued, and that fact doesn't change my preferences. After I asked why I couldn't just buy the Bionic online, they said I could, but I would need to talk to them to activate it, PLUS fees. (huh?) This made no sense, so I said, I'll just go to the other local Verizon store. They assured me no other stores in the area had Bionics in stock. I went to the other Verizon store. 30 minutes later I had my new Droid Bionic at the exact price I wanted, with all the features and none of the hassle! I will never go back to this store.

George showed up on time, very friendly and honest. In the end we were down to 2 companies, Turf Worx and another place. The other place had more Yelp reviews but we really wanted to give Turf Worx a chance since they offered more at a cheaper price. Due to the rain it slowed the turf work down but they got it done! We are so happy with their work. My husband is definitely excited that he doesn't need to mow the lawn again. They also re-did our firepit, which I am super stoked to use. Our old one was so old and beaten up, I never used it. They have a wide variety of turf. We choose one that had a green and yellow tint so it looked like fresh new grass.
