Salon is large, clean and tastefully decorated. A relaxing environment. Like something you would expect to find in Dallas. Not only do they do nails, but they are also a full service spa that also does waxing (everything from eyebrows to brazilians) and fake eyelashes! The place has potential, but I'll most likely never go back. My cuticles are cut up from my fill, shellac polish isn't smooth on both my thumbs and they forgot about the hot stone wax for my pedicure. They were really friendly, but friendliness doesn't make up for a so-so experience. read more

Went for a massage and was very disappointed. I don't think they do massages very often, I was offered no sheet to cover with and was sore for days afterward. I also got a pedicure and all the polish wasn't taken off one toenail before it was painted with new polish. The fumes in this place are overwhelming. read more

I was looking for a new place as my "go to" salon for pedi's and solar nails and found this place on here. I am really glad I tried it! Excellent $25 spa pedi! Great calf and feet massage, wonderful cooling clay mask, really great job on my toenails as well. He even got my ingrown toenails under control, which not every tech can do! The same tech also did my nails, and he really listened to what I said I wanted, which not a lot of nail techs actually do! I will definitely be back for a fill in a couple of weeks, and plan on a once a month pedi there so that my toenails will not become ingrown. I have been going to this salon for a few years now. I discovered it when it was pretty new and I was instantly hooked. Any time I wanted to get my nails done, this was the only place I would come. I recommended friends and family to them because I loved it so much. Recently, I moved back to Southwest OKC and I was excited I was able to use this salon again. To my disappointment, things were not the same. I got a shellac manicure on a Wednesday and the guy that did it spent more time being frustrated with trying to get the polish from a previous manicure off than necessary. I noticed the polish began to come off a couple of days later, but since I work on weekends I was unable to get back until Monday. The polish on my middle finger was completely gone and was coming up and chipping off of 4 of my other nails. Because the man doing my nails seemed to be so frustrated, he did a sloppy job and I wasn't happy with it, so I thought I would go back on the following Monday to see if they would redo it for me. My mistake was anticipating that they would be happy to fix their mistake. They repainted the polish on the one that was completely bare and then only out a top coat on 2 of my other nails. The lady told me if I would have come in 2-3 days after they would have redone my manicure completely. I understand that companies have policies and they must follow them. I get it and that's not why I'm upset. If a customer is unhappy with their results, it should be clearly stated that they need to return within 2-3 days of their services to get it fixed completely. The goal of this review is to assist you, the potential customer of this salon. If you have an issue, go back within 2-3 days to get it redone. I, however, will not go back to Divine Nails. read more

Worst experience ever. The only reason I let her finish and not cause a scene or walk out was because my daughter was getting her nails done with me and she was having a great time. I thought they just looked bad, but nope... My nail tech Chimmy, I believe, did NOT listen. I said that I wanted a full set and she did a crap job of only using dip powder. They weren't even close to the color i asked for. I had to have her redo two tips because one was beyond crooked and the other was way shorter than the other hand. The nails were flat and looked like lumpy sand. The NEXT DAY one cracked in half and broke off when I went to open my car door. Then I looked and the rest, all had the same crack because there was no apex for the nails. I went somewhere else to get them fixed because heck no I won't go back. It took the girl over 30 mins to get all the dip powder off and she said it was the worst nail job she ever saw. Also, all the nails were done sloppy, the nails didn't fit and you could see the sides of my nail. Also, I have no big toe nails and told her NOT TO TOUCH THEM because the skin easily gets infected. She still clipped the skin and I had to stop her. It gave me an infection that I am on antibiotics for. I called a few times and came in to try and talk to the manager and kept getting told come back. The last time I went in and she tried AGAIN to take my number and send me away but I told her no I want to talk to her manager, call her do whatever.. Tina could not care less about what her tech did, never once said sorry for the pain her nail tech caused and refused to refund anything because I had paid for "the service" and only gave me an $80 gift certificate to COME BACK. I got mixed up on which days I had called and all she cared about was calling me a liar about trying to reach her. Her nail mill is sloppy at best a health hazard at worst. I've already talked to the state board, they also agree the pictures show it was horrible work. This place is a joke. read more

The pedicure was ok (although one of the ladies laughed at my friend when she asked for a second coat) but two hours after leaving my nail polish chipped. I drove back across town to get it fixed and they wouldn't do it, they said they were too busy. It would only take 2 minutes to fix it, but they refused. I have never had such cheap nail polish that it would chip two hours later! I just wasted $30 and am telling everyone I know not to go there. (My friend told me that when she went there the same thing happened to her, her nails chipped within days). If I wanted a cheap nail polish job, I could have done them myself. read more

This place sucks ! The environment is great however the workers aren't friendly or talkative or maybe it was because I was the only minorty there . I went for a mani/pedi and in the middle of my hands "soaking" I was asked to pay ahead of time ..which was odd to me seeing as in I was receiving two services and there was barely anyone in there so I don't see what the "rush" was even if I was to "mess up" my nails . Anywho...the brands of nail polish there are actually cheap..not one Essie or OPI bottle on the damn shelf... the guy "forgot" or "tried not to do my callus remover" until I had to stop him in his tracks . The woman who did my mani barely said two words to me besides askin for the damn payment and didn't even "clean/wipe" the edges off when she finished my manicure and I'm only giving to two stars because the man that works there was the one that actually had to clean it off for me . First experience was great, second visit was completely the worst. Got a fill on my nails and the original person that did my nails is no longer at that location. Asked for my nails to be slightly cut and ends up cutting it shorter than expected and at that the nail technician got the gel color I wanted wrong. I was pretty upset the fact that they didn't come out the way I wanted them so I asked for them to be removed. They did not charge me for the service I received, but I called after I left and asked to speak to the person in charge and the lady that answered was the one in charge and was kind of snarky about he whole situation. The guy that was doing my nails was being rude as well while removing the acrylic from my fingers he was being rough and careless. He left a big chuck of acrylic on my nails and didn't bother finish taking it all off.She was telling me that I was being unreasonable about the whole thing and that I should have told the technician that it was not to my liking when he had cut my first two three nails and that there was nothing else they can do for me. At that they didn't/couldn't provide me their names when talking to me. But any who if I could give them a half of a star I definitely would. It was clean but the service not the best. Granted I did not have an appointment but had to wait for quite a while before even getting to a chair. Once there I sat with my feet in water for over 20 minutes while it got cold. One young lady spent the whole time walking around talking on her cell phone. I tried to talk to the young woman doing my pedicure but the language barrier made it difficult. Two ladies walked in and asked for Trina and were told she was in the back but it turned out she was off. Perhaps things are different when she is there. read more

Well, wanted to follow up on my 5 star nail fix. The lady that did my nails did the best I've ever had done. However, the next lady that helped me with the fix, rushed me like crazy. #1 pulled the nail off. Ouch! Then clipped and soaked for a minute. When trying to figure out what materials were used, I kept hearing something about "dip" (the kind I thought that was used since I said I'm sensitive to the other stuff and she had this great idea. what it was, no clue. But I did see dip on two of the items she used on me). So I tell the lady I think it's possible she blended two things and she tells me she is going to acrylic and is oblivious to what I said. I don't care at this point. The dip color matched but she didn't want to use that. She took it away and found "alike" colors. Ugh, rushed me through the process so fast! Literally took 10 minutes to argue what kind to us on my nail and 4 minutes to replace the nail. It's terrible! Line is all sorts of crazy, the color is wrong, the nail is as thick as a turtle shell and the length is shorter than the others. Boo!!! Thought I found the perfect place. If only I had gone in when the other lady was there and got her name! read more

I would give this zero stars if I could. I paid for a pedicure and got the most assembly line, rushed job I have ever experienced. I had been here once before about a 1 &1/2 years ago and now remember why I never went back. Everything was rushed and halfhearted. Spouse and I got deluxe pedi. He didn't even get the full deluxe pedi we paid for - no callus removal at all. The massage was about 2 seconds and half hearted (as it was the first time). The polish smudged on mine and they were trying to rush us out the door so they could close early. They made no effort to fix it. They were trying to get me to put plastic bags on my feet and go out in the snow so they could leave rather than waiting for my polish to dry. Really?!?! I WOULD NOT recommend going to this place - your money is better spent elsewhere. I have been to places that gave an hour of treatment for the same $35 that they charged me for a halfhearted 30 minutes. They are concerned only with getting you in and out of the chair so they can get the next customer in - I experienced this both times I went there. I will NEVER go back - what a waste of my money. read more

My sister-in-law and I went here about a month ago to get our toes done. The paint job I received was mediocre. She only gave me one paint coat, I could tell it needed two but I didn't say anything because the sparkle coat I wanted next should have fixed the problem. Once she applied the sparkle coat I could tell I was either going to need more sparkle or the bottom coat needed two layers. I went ahead and asked for a second layer of the sparkle coat and she obliged but not without questioning my decision and laughing. My sister-in-law had no issues with her technician except for after we left her big toe got smudged hours later. When she went in the next day to get fixed her technician was more than willing to fix the problem right away but then my technician went up to her and told her she'd have to wait in line, just to fix a two minute job. Surely the people waiting in line would understand?! read more
