My daughter went here for a pedicure and a guy named Ben did it. He is a horrible person! He proceeded to try and shame my daughter into getting a more expensive pedicure like the girl next to her. When she said no it's ok I just want this one, he told her oh are you ok you don't make enough money! Imagine spending $120 at a nail salon to be treated rudely by the manager because she wanted to eat. I received a work call right before getting up to pay and while on the call the manager was rushing me to pay so that she can go sit down and eat. Obviously I couldn't predict the call and so as I was standing to pay I let her know to give me a moment. She started talking loudly in Vietnamese in a rude way to the employees and we all know when someone is speaking negatively about you even in another language. Just because I asked for a moment to pay while I take a phone call. Then when I proceeded to pay she was very stand offish and rude. She didn't even say thank you. I paid with a card but had cash to give the technician and as soon as I paid she walked off and headed to the back to eat. At that point I was upset so I left but the technicians missed out on a tip. They will not get my business again! Go take some customer service classes. read more

My friend and I had went in to get our toes done and while we were there, we kept getting harassed about getting gel after we said no multiple times. As I was getting my toes done Bin had cut my toe while scraping my heels not to mention, not scraping my heels completely. Do Not Eter! The first time I made an appointment for 2:0. Jimmy said I made it for 2:30.. The second time he told me the same story.. I went in today for my 2:00 anointment that I made. Jimmy said "what do you want" I said I have a 2:00 appointment. His wife (Nancy Yelled out I had to wait . I am on oxygen and have 2 hours worth of air. The full-set celiac came off in 2 days. They all came back and the same nail tech file it down and caused her finger burned. Few weeks later I found out that this place hire technicians without license. I asked the owner how come she hire technician with no license. The guy that did them not only was RUDE AS HELL he was mad because he hated his life and is doing a job he hates. He was grabbing my arm and saying something under his mask that I couldn't understand. Which is fine I don't give a shit if I can't understand you as long as you did good work. After the 4th time he yanked my arm. I snatched my hand back and realized he was faking gel and using polish. When I called him out he got wild. So he got told off. Another person TRIED to fix them but it's a solid NO from me. I got a 75$ gel pedi and gel nails $45. I won't do that again here. The girl that did my pedicure did a very poor job and cut my nail so deep down that it caused me to have an ingrown toe and hurt to walk on for two days, I asked her if she could paint my toes to match my nails and she sucked her teeth and said eeee , I said just paint em pink then, she beat on my legs for the massage ( yeah that doesn't feel good hon) she didn't paint a design on my toe but charged me an extra $25 on top of $35, when I asked why the upcharge, the lady said oh gel nail gel nail. The Salon is beautiful, with about 24 pedicure chairs and about 20 chairs for manicures. The staff didn't speak english very well but were kind and offered us drinks when we got there. Three of us got the classic pedicure (27 dollars each). The massage was nice and my nail tech was very thorough with the entire process. There are 3 flat screen TVs in the salon. The only reason I'm not giving a four or a five star review is because all 6 nail techs in the pedicure row (mine included) seemed more fixated on the soccer game on the flat screen behind me than on the pedicure. This concerned me when he was using the nail clippers and the cuticle remover tool which are quite sharp and he was cutting cuticle looking at the soccer game on TV. Beautiful and clean salon with a huge color selection of polish and pretty lighting and paintings, but the nail techs should be a little more careful and not be staring at the TV 85% of the time. I would still come back to this place because it is clean and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. read more

However, when I got home I noticed one of my toes was smudged, which happens but when I went to check the others they all just wiped off with just my finger. I sat there under the black light and fan for at least 30 minutes making sure it was dry. So either the man who did the pedi (Kevin) messed up somehow or the polish was crappy. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the lady that did my pedicure didn't scrub my feet good enough. I came with my mother and aunt for a pedicure the experience was wonderful, kind of pricy for the job but the massage was totally worth it! Like I said the lady Rose who did my pedicure could've scrubbed my feet better hence the 4 stars although other than that it was a wonderful experience! My mother loved the lady Tin who did her nails and I thought she was very great as well! My aunt enjoyed Hill, he was awesome and fun!
