I hadn't been to the dentist in...well lets just say a long time. They made you feel welcome and took the time and care to conduct a deep cleaning that was among the best I've ever had. They offered local anesthesia to deal with the pain but my hygienist was so skilled that there was very little. Their appointments can back up but they will slot you in for cancellations if you're already a patient. They're also occasionally available for short notice appointments such as when I chipped a tooth. Not only did they slot me in to have it looked at but Dr Bauer personally filed it smooth for no charge.

I'm not here to hangout, I think I can speak for everyone when I say I'm here to pick up my stuff and leave. Just like when you go to the liquor store, I want to pick it up and go home. It's a "designer" dispo, that makes the lobby feel exclusive, so you don't mind waiting 40 min. There are legit 40 people on a shift not doing shit, fr counted about 24 people in the back. When you finally get back to make a purchase you have to look off an iPad, barely anything is displayed. THEN they can't even turn around to grab the product, they have to message someone upstairs to bring it down. The person upstairs packages the products very nicely, just for the sales person to unwrap it, show it to you, and then take 5 min to try and wrap it nicely again. This sales model is so dumb. I have also order ahead online, sat in the car for 37 min. Why would you come outside without the product and card reader. You tell them what spot your in from the link to your order, so why would you come out to the car empty handed ask who I am and take another 10 min to come out with the product and card reader. But mind blowingly people love this place. I say go to an uglier dispo, get in and get out.

I refused because I knew the mask mandate had been removed, and proven not to protect against Covid, and also had been struck down in court as being unconstitutional and illegal. Lynn then stated that " we care about ALL of our customers here". obviously not, because I wasn't included in that statement, I thought I was also a customer. I thought about never returning to the eye clinic, but I liked the rest of the ladies, especially Tiffany and was overall happy with the rest of the staff there. The eye doctor is amazing or the 3 star rating would be 2. I returned for an eye exam on 10/4/23 and didn't let the fact that Lynn gave me many glaring looks bother me too much. After all I'm better than that, but what really almost set me off was the fact that while I was being fitted for a new pair of glasses, Lynn walked behind me and made a hand gesture like Fk you to me. She thought I didn't see her, but they have the mirrors on the fitting desks and all over the walls. I really wanted to confront her about it, but just let it slide. Quite frankly, "she's not worth it" I said to myself. I even asked the lady at the desk "who owns this business"? My initial impression of this practice was very high. I really like Dr Di Umoh's caring manner. I…read morehad gum surgery twice. The first was osseous surgery, which went well. My only issue was the heavy meds they prescribe as a matter of course. Another friend mentioned that too. I did not need the oxy pills and I never intended to take them, which I did not. The second time, I had gum grafting done. Again, during the surgery, Dr Di was very caring and professional. My follow up appointment was about six weeks later, and I still was having lots of discomfort and had another adjacent tooth that was numb. That was a very difficult appointment, not because of the doctor, but because of rough handling by the two assistants. I also have never regained normal feeling in the roof of my mouth (the donor tissue site), and it has now been over two years. I was told after the surgery it might take up to a year a year for the nerves to heal. I wish there had been more review of possible complications and negative potential outcomes before surgery. I don't recall seeing an informed consent form or discussing that with anyone on the team.

I had a tooth where the crown came off probably ten+ years ago and after many attempts to glue it back in place, finally it came out and was out for probably seven or so years, during which it became infected periodically, but I did not have it extracted, as I was advised many times over the years. Fast forward, my wife and I moved to the Annapolis area a few years ago and we had to find all new doctors. Dr. Miele was recommended to my wife to do a complex procedure that should have been quite painful, but my wife told me that Dr. Miele performed magic, as her procedure was painless and perfect. Dr. Miele sets the bar to the top as an incredibly warm, compassionate and extremely professional doctor. I think the warm and compassionate traits are somewhat rare in the medical field, my wife and I are truly lucky to have found Dr. Miele. Now, to my procedure, magic! Yep, that's about all I can say. It was the second to the back, top tooth, close to my sinus and tricky to extract without any complications. Dr. Miele, again, demonstrated warmth and compassion, while being a top doctor in her field. These are a lot of words to say that my wife and I recommend Dr. Miele, if we could give 15 out of 10 starts we would. Now, all this being said, the office staff mimics Dr. Miele, they are easily one of the best teams we have ever met. We would also give the entire office 15 out of 10 stars.
