It is such a pleasure to write an awesome review, and this may be one of the best reviews I have…read moreever written. I had a tooth where the crown came off probably ten+ years ago and after many attempts to glue it back in place, finally it came out and was out for probably seven or so years, during which it became infected periodically, but I did not have it extracted, as I was advised many times over the years. Fast forward, my wife and I moved to the Annapolis area a few years ago and we had to find all new doctors. Dr. Miele was recommended to my wife to do a complex procedure that should have been quite painful, but my wife told me that Dr. Miele performed magic, as her procedure was painless and perfect. Dr. Miele sets the bar to the top as an incredibly warm, compassionate and extremely professional doctor. I think the warm and compassionate traits are somewhat rare in the medical field, my wife and I are truly lucky to have found Dr. Miele. Now, to my procedure, magic! Yep, that's about all I can say. It was the second to the back, top tooth, close to my sinus and tricky to extract without any complications. Dr. Miele, again, demonstrated warmth and compassion, while being a top doctor in her field. These are a lot of words to say that my wife and I recommend Dr. Miele, if we could give 15 out of 10 starts we would. Now, all this being said, the office staff mimics Dr. Miele, they are easily one of the best teams we have ever met. We would also give the entire office 15 out of 10 stars.

My initial impression of this practice was very high. I really like Dr Di Umoh's caring manner. I…read morehad gum surgery twice. The first was osseous surgery, which went well. My only issue was the heavy meds they prescribe as a matter of course. Another friend mentioned that too. I did not need the oxy pills and I never intended to take them, which I did not. The second time, I had gum grafting done. Again, during the surgery, Dr Di was very caring and professional. My follow up appointment was about six weeks later, and I still was having lots of discomfort and had another adjacent tooth that was numb. That was a very difficult appointment, not because of the doctor, but because of rough handling by the two assistants. I also have never regained normal feeling in the roof of my mouth (the donor tissue site), and it has now been over two years. I was told after the surgery it might take up to a year a year for the nerves to heal. I wish there had been more review of possible complications and negative potential outcomes before surgery. I don't recall seeing an informed consent form or discussing that with anyone on the team.

I had a lot of questions about what I was seeing in the X-rays and the answers weren't satisfactory; he was pushy and against my better judgement I let him drill the one (I had never previously had a cavity). This caused a lot of anxiety and hadn't been to the back to the dentist since until today. As for the 5-6 others, it has been 8yrs, I finally just went back. I have only 1 small cavity now that just started to form. Get a copy of your X rays and get a second opinion. There are online services that do that now. The filling he did was fine, just understand the doc is probably going to drill unnecessarily

A couple of months before that I turned to Dr Sheen for help with my dentures (or what I had in my mouth instead). He worked on me for about three months, taking pictures, impressions, measuring and designing new dentures for me. He was not satisfied with the first two sets of dentures done and only the third one made him happy. And me? I remember of my dentures only two times a day - in the morning and evening. I don't need denture adhesives and I am not afraid of laughing before people. The result of his work is that of an artist indeed. What could be more important for a patient like me, though other minor facts of his business (staff care, waiting time, etc.) were excellent too. Thank you, Dr Sheen. Y. Dobrunoff.

I called at 3:22 saying i was on my way and told the girl where I was coming from. Didn't think I had to tell her it would be about 30 minutes. She said no worries they understand people have jobs. I pulled into the parking lot at 3:51 and was called on my cell and told I had to reschedule because they only give a 15 minute window. I was on time for my appt. I could have filled out the paperwork after the appt or had they emailed me the paperwork, I could have brought them with me. Anyway, I told her I was in the parking lot and wasn't going to reschedule. I asked her why she didn't tell me about the 15 minute period when I called earlier and she said she did. She did not! I told her I'd go elsewhere. I took time off from work to make the appt. About 20 minutes later i called back and nobody answered.
