I am comforted that when that chip or crack happens, I have a top-notch dentist in Dr. Samson that I can depend upon. And every six months I have my teeth cleaned by Charlene. They assured me it would be repaired on time and Dr. Daniels last comment to me was "I'll stay on top if it". It did not arrive in time, and I was forced to cancel my business trip. Once it did come in (a few days late), it didn't fit properly. This experience was a total disaster. There are many dentist in the Annapolis and surrounding areas. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

So glad I selected them. Lisa Daniel was my dentist and everything from cleaning to cavity was quick and relatively painless. The front desk customer service and dental assistant were also amazing. The front desk took the initiative to double check my insurance before I arrived to ensure I was covered. Once my cleaning was done, I had to make an appointment for the cavity and they didn't have an appointment until the new year but offered to put me on a waiting list for cancelled appointments. I got a call same day that someone had canceled for the coming week. All work was quoted prior to service and final amount aligned with the pre-service quote. Highly recommend.

This morning, my daughter was unwell and still sleeping, so I called the office to see if I could reschedule my appointment -- not cancel -- because I didn't feel right waking a sick child and bringing her into a dental office. The woman who answered the phone, Emily, was extremely rude and unkind. I was immediately told I would be charged a $50 fee, despite explaining the situation and that I was simply hoping to move the appointment. When I asked about rescheduling, I was told the earliest availability wouldn't be until the end of January, which was surprising since I was told just the day before that there was plenty of availability. I apologized multiple times and explained that January was too far out given the pain I'm experiencing and that I'd need to call back. The response was a curt "okay, sounds good," followed by the call being abruptly ended. Compassion and understanding go a long way, especially when patients are in pain and dealing with sick children. Unfortunately, this interaction lacked both.
