The staff is very friendly and my time in the office has always been with little to no wait. The only reason I would not give the practice a full 5-star review is that on multiple occasions I had issues with the office charging me twice, not billing insurance etc. The last time I went in there was a new office coordinator however and I had no problems with billing--maybe it was just a personnel issue? In any case, I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the Eastport/Annapolis area.

Interior design is fantastic, really peaceful environment. They offer teas and water while you are waiting. The modern technology is great to see. My favorite part of my visit was how my technician kept explaining everything to me, it really put me at ease. I am scared of metal on my teeth, I get really uncomfortable at the sensations of any dental work. She made me feel a lot better, reassuring me. When I left, I felt the cost was incredibly fair. The treatment was refreshing and I would recommend in an instant.

I had a lot of questions about what I was seeing in the X-rays and the answers weren't satisfactory; he was pushy and against my better judgement I let him drill the one (I had never previously had a cavity). This caused a lot of anxiety and hadn't been to the back to the dentist since until today. As for the 5-6 others, it has been 8yrs, I finally just went back. I have only 1 small cavity now that just started to form. Get a copy of your X rays and get a second opinion. There are online services that do that now. I just saw her two weeks ago and she's so caring and lovely. Really good work done and an all around great experience. I get anxiety when I have to go to the dentist and they are so good with me. The hygienists and doctor ehmann have shown incredible dedication to their patients. They are very good at what they do and make me feel comfortable. I would recommend and/or refer anyone to her. I love their practice and am so thankful that I can stay with them on my new insurance. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I'm so so thankful for such a good care team.
