Had she had made it clear on her website that she is against vaccines and the science behind them, I would have never made the appointment. Aside from her blatant disregard for public health, Cassandra was extremely rude to me. I left just a few minutes into it because I was so uncomfortable. I'm not sure if she was being particularly rude to me because she could tell I was uncomfortable from her not wearing a mask/her sign or if she treats every customer this way. I've never been spoken to the way she did by a 'professional' in the beauty/health/wellness industry. It was as if she was mad at ME for being there! I thought maybe I had booked the wrong thing online, so a minute into her brash line of questioning I apologized and said, "oh I'm sorry I thought I booked a consultation," she responded in a condescending tone saying, "I know-this is me consulting you." It's concerning that this person is claiming a 'science based' approach to her work when it's very clear that she is not aligned with the scientific community. I'd caution anyone to patronize this business, particularly during this omicron surge.

They provided me with nitrous oxide for pain relief, which was a new (and, shall we say, entertaining) experience for me. =D I recommend it if you find laser to be painful. The treatment room offers calming music, a robe and a very comfortable chair. Dr. Bowers explained each step to me before beginning said step. It helped me to feel chill out. He was super gentle and really supportive in helping to make sure the process was as comfortable as possible. The only thing missing was a foot massage and Mai Tai. =) Dr. Bowers provided clear expectations with what I could expect in the coming days, which helped me plan ways to hide my freshly lasered face from all human witnesses. (Seriously, who wants the whole world to know my secrets? I'm only telling you because I know you wouldn't tell a soul!). I purchased the skin care product offered for collagen healing, and that stuff works like magic. My skin now feels smooth and it glows! At the end of the session, Dr Bowers and his team presented me with a generous welcome gift. I've never been treated so well by a medical team!
