She spent the time to go through a consult and understand what I currently do to take care of my skin, and talk to me about what I could do better. As a result I got a more personalized facial and I can't wait to go back. I've tried the Pumpkin Masque (smells amazing and is a natural enzyme peel) and Dead Sea Mud Mask (which I think I like best!) The facial was quick and left my face sore, the woman continuously exited the room so it was very had to relax then she took some type of instrument to my face (assuming to remove whiteheads/pimples) without a word. That hurt! You should advise a client or ask permission before doing something like that. My pedi was the best part and I enjoyed that which is why 2 stars instead of 1, I would not recommend to a friend or return for any reason.
