When I entered the salon, I was greeted warmly and then saw one of my dads big paintings on the wall behind the reception desk! What a wonderful surprise! Sally gave me excellent advise on how to manage some issues I have with my scalp and hair, gave me a great cut and really listened to what I wanted done. She even stuck a few samples in my bag to try out later! The salon is very clean, beautifully decorated and the whole staff was really friendly. If I lived there, I'd definitely be a regular! Thank you again to Sally for making a very difficult time a little less stressful for me, knowing that at least I didn't need to worry about my hair.

I decided to bring my 2 and 4 year old for a trim and Jackie did a phenomenal job. I've never seen my boys sit so still and let their hair cut be done with no fuss!!! I highly recommend them. I recommend them so much I brought my mother in law for a hair color and cut with Jenna and it turned out so good!!! Extremely unprofessional and rude, especially when you don't know what is going on in a customer's life. Now I'm out money without a service because of a lack of communication. If you only allow 24 hours notice without charge, don't allow next-day appointments. There's not a request she can't fulfill. She will find a way to make your hair perfect and looking amazing. Not only that, my hair was always so healthy and soft even after all the bleach. She never disappoints. She's also just such a fun and bright person. I loved talking with her, but I'm pretty introverted and she was totally okay with how quiet I was. The salon itself is very clean and cute! The front desk people were always nice and it seemed the entire staff was on good terms with each other. I used to go to Jennie's for haircuts, manicures and pedicures. The last time I went and had a…read morepedicure I got a fungal infection on two of my toenails. I stopped going for pedicures. It's taken me a long time to almost get rid of it. Here is the interesting part. I went in for a haircut, and the pedicurist saw me and said I haven't been in for a long time and asked if I would like to schedule a pedicure. I'm assuming she remembered me because I give good tips. I told her I have a fungal infection from the last time and I still have it. She said no problem; she would still give me a pedicure. I am not sure, but if someone has a fungal infection, should the salon be giving them pedicures. Isn't that how I got it? I feel the bowl wasn't cleaned properly or they didn't have an autoclave for the instruments. Well, I am still trying to get rid of this fungal infection. But I don't even go for haircuts anymore. I don't think it's very clean there.

The appointment was made correctly but I felt she was very inexperienced dealing with long hair. As she did my hair she continued to complain about how she had to use more product and really didn't have time to do my hair. She was very rough with me tugging and pulling. She would constantly tell me it was going to cost more to do my hair. She then told me after my hair was colored that she didn't have time to cut it. That I'll have to make another appointment to have it cut. Then she hesitated in wanting to at least blow dry it. She had to have help but by that time my head was so sore from all the pulling that I couldn't take the mistreatment anymore. I got up and paid the bill. No tip of course because of the mistreatment.
