On 6/23 I was very dissapointed with the receptionist. Through unfortunate circumstances, I missed my hair cut appt that day. Within 13 minutes of the missed appt the receptionist called to say I cannot return to the salon. She said I had to pay 1/2 of the service in order to reschedule. I went to the salon, paid the fee, saw No info posted about this policy. The on-line OS salon did include this policy. I absolutely LOVE Aveda products! I showed her 4 or 5 inspo pics and asked for a kind of wolf cut, and she absolutely nailed it! Paige was such a sweetheart, and she did everything with so much care and attention to detail. She also made me fully aware of how the appointment would go from the start, and I really think it made the service that much better!
