Right away the owner Doug was open and friendly, and genuinely wanted to help me get the best quality prints he could provide, within a reasonable cost. We went over pricing and different paper types my first day at the shop (their paper selection is huge!), and he printed proofs for each batch of prints I ordered. I ordered about 600+ prints total (all 11x17's on glossy 80lb cover), and every one turned out as good as the proofs! Doug took what normally is the most stressful part of preparing for a convention, and made it completely stress free, and I cannot thank him enough! Until the end of July you can take in your vaccine card given at the time of vaccination and they will laminate it. I was a little nervous since others had said the heat from lamination faded the ink and made it unreadable. So when I got there I asked when they made me a copy, which they do, and before I could say anything else the young man doing the laminating said and then I'll laminate the copy and give you back the original. They copied it in color so the different colors of ink are noticeable and it doesn't look like a copy, laminated and gave me back the original so I could secure that in a safe place. Great service.

Tall, black hair skinny scrubby fellow obviously has insecurity issues, needs re-training in customer service skills, and definitely should not be working anywhere as a co's customer service rep.
