I needed a quality printer to do my art prints for Emerald City Comic Con, and could not have…read morechosen a better printer! Right away the owner Doug was open and friendly, and genuinely wanted to help me get the best quality prints he could provide, within a reasonable cost. We went over pricing and different paper types my first day at the shop (their paper selection is huge!), and he printed proofs for each batch of prints I ordered. I ordered about 600+ prints total (all 11x17's on glossy 80lb cover), and every one turned out as good as the proofs! Doug took what normally is the most stressful part of preparing for a convention, and made it completely stress free, and I cannot thank him enough! I will DEFINITELY be back for all my artwork printing needs.

My Brother printer makes good copies. It has worked for several years and I've have no complaints about it's reliability. But Brother has evidently decided that I have had an easy life and now I should pay extra. The printer has shut down. The Brother company wants me to buy 4 new drums (hundreds of $$$) even though the print quality is still VERY acceptable as is. The machine will not work until I knuckle under and pay the $200+ for the four unnecessary drums. Well, I say 'Millions for defense but not one cent in tribute.' I WILL NOT be bullied!
