We went over pricing and different paper types my first day at the shop (their paper selection is huge!), and he printed proofs for each batch of prints I ordered. I ordered about 600+ prints total (all 11x17's on glossy 80lb cover), and every one turned out as good as the proofs! Doug took what normally is the most stressful part of preparing for a convention, and made it completely stress free, and I cannot thank him enough! My Brother printer makes good copies. It has worked for several years and I've have no complaints about it's reliability. But Brother has evidently decided that I have had an easy life and now I should pay extra. The printer has shut down. The Brother company wants me to buy 4 new drums (hundreds of $$$) even though the print quality is still VERY acceptable as is. The machine will not work until I knuckle under and pay the $200+ for the four unnecessary drums. Well, I say 'Millions for defense but not one cent in tribute.' I WILL NOT be bullied! The company's bot tells me a human will call me if I just give my credit card number and pay $1. My credit card # ? Really? "Stupid is as stupid does."

I was scrambling last minute to find a place to print 150 brochures, and PostaAnnex came through for me. Saturday afternoon, with less than 24 hours of notice till start of event, I called them very last minute with zero hope. Owner came in after he left to print my brochures and the guy working the front came in before his shift started and FOLDED every brochure for me.
