Two stars because the machine is actually pretty good. And it's not about the store, just the product. The store is responsible only because it sells products that are 'gotcha' deals. My Brother printer makes good copies. It has worked for several years and I've have no complaints about it's reliability. But Brother has evidently decided that I have had an easy life and now I should pay extra. The printer has shut down. The Brother company wants me to buy 4 new drums (hundreds of $$$) even though the print quality is still VERY acceptable as is. The machine will not work until I knuckle under and pay the $200+ for the four unnecessary drums. Well, I say 'Millions for defense but not one cent in tribute.' I WILL NOT be bullied! I need a small coupon for my firework stand, I had the first one printed by a very friendly professional guy named Jeff and he is the reason why I returned it was only four lines nothing special. His customer service made me want to go back so I returned to get more coupons and there was another gentleman in there and I had to kind of tell him what to do to type up the coupon, then he charged me $20 for typing up a few letters and numbers . The manager said he was going to reprimand Jeff and I think he should actually be the manager not this guy cuz he's rude and I will never take my business there again . I'm only going to review their procedures for laminating the COVID vaccine cards. Don't shop here because the store is small and doesn't have a lot but they made up for it with this service. Until the end of July you can take in your vaccine card given at the time of vaccination and they will laminate it. I was a little nervous since others had said the heat from lamination faded the ink and made it unreadable. So when I got there I asked when they made me a copy, which they do, and before I could say anything else the young man doing the laminating said and then I'll laminate the copy and give you back the original. They copied it in color so the different colors of ink are noticeable and it doesn't look like a copy, laminated and gave me back the original so I could secure that in a safe place. I was given compensation for a messed up product even though I signed against them being liable. on top of that the sweet lady helping me was patient and offered me more deals that helped me out with my big order. thank you. read more

I just wanted to put this here to remind this particular Office Depot specifically the managers Jake and Donna because none of these values were exhibited on my visit Saturday 3/9/19. I don't usually deal with store staff because we primarily order online for my work. I had some ink that we found cleaning our supply closet which we don't have the printer for so I was going to see about trying to return it. I tracked down all of the receipts and made my way to the local Office Depot. Upon entering I was happily greeted by the associate (I didn't catch his name) but he was friendly and eager to help. I brought my bag full of unopened, unexpired printer ink with receipts that granted, were almost a year old but I wasn't expecting cash I just wanted to get an account credit since I will obviously just end up buying plenty more from the company. As well as the ink can easily be resold. I figured it doesn't hurt to ask. As soon as Jake the manager was called over he immediately said there was nothing that he could do. He didn't attempt anything, he didn't call on my behalf even though there were almost no other customers in the store, none waiting in line and 3 other associates who could help if there were. He didn't bother to look into the account to see we are valued customers nor did I feel like anything but a bother to him. He told me to call the online customer service so that is what I did. The associate on the phone helped me process the returns and create shipping labels for all 4 ink orders, she was patient and kind. I have already wrote her a good review but I wanted to make sure I informed Office Depot of my poor customer service experience in store. At this time I was still outside of Office Depot so I figured I could check if they have some boxes I could use to ship. I worked at Best Buy for 10 years and we always had a compactor full of broken down boxes. This time when I entered I saw the cashier from before say something to the manager Donna and he walked away avoiding me. Understandable, he was probably thinking I was coming to complain or something. So that left Donna. Donna asked if she could help me. I let her know online was taking care of my returns and I just needed a couple boxes if she had some I could use. She quickly responded "no". That was it. Like I said I worked customer service so I was not rude in any single one of these interactions. I was respectful, I was nice and just asking for help. I started to walk out of the store when I see a mountain of empty cardboard boxes behind the checkout. I turned around and said "what about these ones that aren't being used" and pointed at them. She walked up and said "Oh, I didn't know these were here". She gave me 4 of them and I left the store. I walked out not feeling like anyone there even made the smallest effort to help me. They only told me what they couldn't do, offered no solution and didn't attempt to go the extra mile in any way. This is why your stores are practically empty whenever I visit one. If a computer is offering better customer service than your store associates I can see why. You might need to retrain your associates and managers so they are living by your core values. This store did not try to earn my business and I hope that in the future I won't have to visit one again especially not this location. read more

This store rarely has enough staff, especially at print & copy. Last time I was in I finally gave up and walked out after one employee stopped playing on her phone just long enough to say her shift was over and walk out. Line of people waiting, she didn't bother to acknowledge us or call for help. Horrid service, if you have another option, use it. read more

Giving even one star is too generous. I wanted to exchange products ordered online that were incorrect for the correct product. Had to wait for a "manager" who was busy giving driving directions to another customer. When she finally made it over she basically spent 10 seconds saying its an online only product so I could call some 1-800 number and they would pick it up from our office. Then walked away. So rather than simply exchanging my product I had to purchase the correct product then hassle with calling to schedule a return of the online product. Worthless manager, outdated policy for online returns and zero understanding of customer retention. We will take our business account elsewhere. read more

Copy & Print Services at this location is terrible, absolutely terrible. Twice I've had timecards printed here and both times they were done poorly. I think Management needs to regroup and take into consideration the experience some of their employees actually do have working behind this counter because they appear to be unqualified. read more

Customer service is terrible. I went to have some pictures printed for a portfolio and I was not told how long it would take. Also, they did not mention the printer was having some trouble and did not ask me if I would mind waiting. I was on a tight schedule and it would have been nice to know what was going on. Had to walk out without any pictures. Definitely not going back here for any printing. read more

I have a bad experience on this place. I ordered a business card with them, but when I get my order and really different especially the color print. Then I return and its been a week until now they dont process my refund. The Manager agrees that they will refund but until now no Refund. read more

The staff in the copy center deserve 6 stars, was there late in the evening, it was very busy they were taking care of everyone doing a fantastic job, the best service! BUT the fat Supervisor or Manager was so ignorant, has zero knowledge of service dog law. He asked me if my dog was a service dog, I told him in training, he said you have to have papers next time. I believe he should get educated on what the law is, what one has to not present and get some lessons in communication with customers. It is sad the person in charge is giving the worst customer service, those poor employees having to work with such a jerk. read more

I've also bought about $300 worth of ink from them over those two years. So I called them today about repairing my printer Not only do they have NO SERVICE for printers, they wouldn't even give me a recommendation of another place that can service the printer they sold me. I purchased a inkjet all in one printer from Auburn way OD a few months back. I don't use the printer much at all. I became aware of this model use of ink. I just used my 2nd cartridge plus the one that came with it. I would bet I have not printed 100 pages with the printer. That is a lot of ink even though the cartridge is VERY SMALL. So I called ... The phone person was very good with SERVICE! She told me that she was not sure but to bring it back if I had it less than a year and speak to a manager. I did just that, I don't have the receipt, I thought it might not go so well but to my surprise the manager listened to me looked at the date of mfg on the box looked up the price and promptly gave me a gift card. PERFECT they then showed me all the printers and I bought a HP laser at a higher price color all in one. So they made a little more money and made this customer VERY HAPPY! Unfortunately this office depot is the most unorganized dysfunctional group of employees that I've ever seen in my entire life, Corporate need to send a trainer to retrain every one of these people, I'm primarily referring to their printing department. I would say the biggest problem with office depot is their lack of training employees who have no skills or ability to do the job, and do not belong working in a printing department, if I could give a zero star I would, My only hope for this store is that someone in corporate will see this post and do something about it because this has been going on for at least 2 years I keep going back and getting the same poor quality service. read more

Never get your computer fixed by their tech support,cost 200 dollars to remove viruses,way too much!and when we got out laptop back they forgot and or lost all our passwords and information to get into the laptop and to top it off ,they created way more problems then they fixed.instead of being able to fold the screen down in sleep mode like its supposed to ,now if we try and do that it freezes and we have to reset 3-4 times just ro turn the computer on.it always crashes and when you try and turn it on it takes a minimum of 2 tries from a shutdown before you can access the computer and worse when you put it in sleep,would take it back demand our money back and make them fix it ,but they would mess it up even worse,do not come here for tech support even if you bought the product there! read more

I go into this store once every couple years or so, when I need something I don't have time to order online. Associate on floor was rude and abrupt, gave vague instructions like I was supposed to know the entire layout of the store, then when I told him I couldn't find the item based on his directions he stomped over to it and pointed at it like an angry teenager. This guy was at least in his mid 30's -- grow up already. You don't run your customers off by being an aging angry teenager. I won't be going back to this store...ever. read more
