My Brother printer makes good copies. It has worked for several years and I've have no complaints about it's reliability. But Brother has evidently decided that I have had an easy life and now I should pay extra. The printer has shut down. The Brother company wants me to buy 4 new drums (hundreds of $$$) even though the print quality is still VERY acceptable as is. The machine will not work until I knuckle under and pay the $200+ for the four unnecessary drums. Well, I say 'Millions for defense but not one cent in tribute.' I WILL NOT be bullied! The company's bot tells me a human will call me if I just give my credit card number and pay $1. My credit card # ? Really? "Stupid is as stupid does."
