The employee David asked for my son's pass code which is shady and security risk and also said I should not turn on "maintenance mode" which is for Samsung phones for security and privacy when getting repairs done. All of this has been super shady and dishonest. Then he lied saying he told me on the phone it was not official parts... which is a lie because he did not and the law still says it has to be in writing. Seems they have shady cons going on here. Another store down the street charges the exact price they charged me but for the official OEM parts! Do not appreciate having my time and money wasted.

We discovered a color change in our well water on Sunday Morning, Mother's Day, at a hose bib. My…read morewife and I troubled shot the a few things and found it was coming from the well, not rust pipes in the house . We searched Online found the number for Jerry at Foothill Pump and saw the positive reviews noting his quick response. We called him and he answered right away! He spent 20 minutes with me on the phone going over the issue and gave me a few more ways to diagnose the situation. i ran thru the steps and still was seeing the discoloration. I called again and he agreed to come out the very next day but made one more recommendation and suggested that I run the water for a good long time ( 30 minutes to an hour) to see if that would flush out the issue. After Mother's Day lunch which was slightly somber due to the water situation I did as Jerry suggested and the water cleared up. We are gonna monitor the situation and retest the water. Jerry is was honest, patient, and very knowledgeable with my questions and helped my family which includes animals and a garden tremendously. If I or any of my friends have issues with our well I will be recommending Foothill Pump! This type of honesty and integrity was a blessing to my family And to our community.
