I was paired with Jessika and immediately upon walking in she greeted me with a smile. She brought me to the room which is standard for all the WTC rooms and told me I could get ready and she'd come back. When I told her it was my first time she went over everything with me and gave me a towelette to cleanse with. They leave as you cleanse and undress and enter when you're ready. They provide a paper cloth to cover yourself which was nice and Jessika explained the whole appointment to me. She was so friendly and we had a great chat which really helped ease my mind and keep me preoccupied. She explained any new step she was doing and was incredibly thorough and told me when she was stopping and why and also explained the after care to me and recommended products for me to purchase. I felt so comfortable and that's all I could ask for! She talked a great deal about her own waxing experience and how she wanted to make sure her clients were comfortable and that the experience is as easy going as possible, and it really was. She definitely knows what she's doing and I couldn't ask for a better cereologist for the first time! She's been here for a year and is also opening up her lamination services too and she told me all about how excited she is to do brows. She truly is so sweet and I already booked my next appointment back. They also had a receptionist which the Doylestown location does not have which made booking easy and checking out. My experience was terrific! First, I had to reschedule my appointment, which was not an issue. Upon arrival, Pinkal was nice and polite when greeting me-I felt very comfortable. I asked for my lip, chin and the blonde peach fuzz to be removed from my face. Let me tell you, I have sensitive skin and this was the FIRST time I've ever left a threading salon without any redness, rashes or signs of being threaded! Pinkal was so gentle throughout the entire process, and she made sure to ask me if anything hurt! (She also made sure to close the blinds when she realized the sun was gleaming in on my face, which showed how considerate she is of her clients.) Moral of the story, I will def take the drive from Cherry Hill, NJ to Pinkals for all my future threading appointments!

It is a small salon but it is very well maintained, relaxing, and clean! They do not do acrylic nails but they do offer an array of different brand nail polishes. I get a gel manicure every time ($30), and I just found out they also do dip powder. You get a hot towel massage with your manicure and a hot stone back massage, heated neck warmer (these two things are not offered right now due to COVID). There are about 5-6 different pedicure options which vary in price depending on how much you want to pamper yourself that day. I typically get the green tea ($40) as I like getting the hot wax wrapped around my heels to make them smooth. The scrubs for the green tea smell amazing, and the hot stone massage is heaven. When your nails are drying they even massage your back with a hot stone (they are currently not doing this however due to COVID restrictions). They have a member card and after 10 visits you get money off your next visit. There is a private waxing room and I used to get my eyebrows done there. They do a fantastic job and also throw in a little temple massage sometimes. I stopped getting my eyebrows done there as I go where I get my eyebrow lamination done now for convenience. During the holidays they give their clients super nice hand creams and foot sock masks/hand masks. How nice is that?! I have gone back twice during COVID and I feel extremely safe. As soon as you walk in they take your temperature and have you sign a form after you have read their COVID policy. There is also hand sanitizer at the door and face masks/shields for sale. I got a face shield for $5....it's the same ones they wear in the salon! There are plastic guards up between you and the manicurist/pedicurist. Make an appointment however especially during these crazy times. I typically call the day I want to come in and they've accommodated me. Lastly, tip in cash as it is easier for the employees to get their tip and helps them with credit card fees. There is a $20 minimum credit card usage as well. The following pics are what my nails look like after a week and a half (my gel usually lasts 2-3 weeks before the "outgrown-nes" is too noticeable)
