Great salon! For some reason my directions on maps took me to the back of the strip mall where the nail salon is located. Once I found it I was glad I did. I had my nails done by the owner. Went to Diva Nails because I desperately needed a pedicure. I chose Diva Nails based on Yelp, friends, & Google reviews & I'm so glad I did. I was greeted immediately by the owner, Loc, upon entering. The salon wasn't too busy & my appointment began right on time. My technician was Rachel & despite the lousy shape my nails were in, she never made me feel uncomfortable or chastised me for waiting so long to get a pedicure. We were walk-ins. My daughter treated me to a pedicure for my birthday. They seemed nice at first. The woman that did my pedicure was a bit rough with bringing my feet in and out of the bowl but I looked past it. The older woman doing my daughters feet kept giving me the most hateful looks! It was uncomfortable! My end was result was awful, like a child painted my feet. Don't stop there; very unprofessional and not welcoming and the work was awful. My daughter went for a mani/ pedicure today. The technician used the grated on the side of my daughter's toe and cut her pretty badly. What made things worse was that the technician gasped and pushed her foot into the water. When my daughter told her that she was cut, the technician tried to convince her that she cut her toe on the side of the soaking basin. I called the owner when I found out about what happened. He wanted me to bring her in so he could see. I asked him to just speak with the technicians. The one who cut her and others who came to my daughter's aid to stop the bleeding. His response was that she will just lie to him. He refunded $20 when he should have paid for her pedicure. Not only was she cut, but it was a pretty bad job too. My daughter will have to wait for a long time while her toe heals before she can get another pedicure. How can you hire technicians like this? I would recommend finding another salon. I got my dip powder done today and it was a very sloppy job I am extremely unhappy. The filing is ridged and uneven - the black polish AND shiny top coat doesn't cover the whole nail so there's part of my nail with no polish and all of my nails have shiny top coat missing from the sides. I am very disappointed in my experience and never should have spent $50 on this job. read more

Nick and Katie are Amazing and they do a fantastic job with our nails. They never chip, crack, or break. Nick is a super nice owner and always trys to accomodate walk ins with all your needs, although try and make an appointment if you can. The prices are by far the most reasonable. do not recommend this place at all. I just got my nails done Saturday. I was already not satisfied with them because they were crooked and when I told the nail tech, Nick, that they were crooked, he just told me "it looks fine in my view, people are looking at your nails opposite side of what you're looking"... but they are my nails. I do not care what other see them as, if i don't like them, why would i want to be showing others my nails? I did not want to argue so I just said okay. Later when I got home I saw he didn't even do the sides of my nails, my nails are lumpy and there's air bubbles in them. Now, it has been about 5 days. I have gotten acrylic nails for YEARS. and I know usually how long it takes for nails to start lifting, it's usually weeks. NOT 5 DAYS. Acrylic nails do not lift after just 5 days if they are done PROPERLY. considering Nick is the owner and I had high hopes for this place, I was completely disappointed and now will need to pay for a new set some place elsewhere. read more

We just moved into the neighborhood next to Diva, so when my husband convinced me to take a break and get a pedi, I jumped at the chance and decided to try Diva nails. I called to make sure they could take me, it was 6:45 on a Thursday, and the gentleman who answered the phone was so friendly and accommodating that I knew immediately this was going to be a good choice!! I was not wrong! Everyone was so friendly when I arrived, and I got one of the best pedicures I've ever received! I'm not sure on her name, but she was so sweet and did a fabulous job - I am a sucker for a calf/foot massage and she she did not skimp! She took her time with the entire pedicure and really got my feet into great shape for the start of Summer (they were in pretty rough shape due to being neglected all Winter). Im not usually one to give a bad review, but I feel like My experience was pretty bad and people should be warned. Firstly, I was being rushed the whole time, even though I showed up on time for my appointment and there were no other people waiting. I got a no chip and they gave me about 1 solid minute to look at the colors they had. Before I could choose the lady removing my old no chip wanted to get started so I put the colors aside and said I would just pick when she was finished. She asked me three times during the removal process what color I wanted so that the girl painting them could get the color ready (two different techs worked on my nails for some reason.) I told her each time that I hadn't decided yet but that I had a picture in my phone I could show the other girl if she wanted to try matching it. She was rushing through the process so quickly that she didn't give me a chance to show the other tech. When she was done removing my old no chip she told me to hurry and wash my hands and proceeded to quickly start filing my nails. I told her I wanted to change the shape and she got annoyed with me and actually laughed in my face when I told her I wanted my nails more oval/almond shaped. She said no, that wouldn't work because the were too short and said she would give me a rounded square look. At this point I was sort of in shock with how I was being treated and just wanted to get out of there so I let her do her thing. When she was finished all my nails were different lengths ( i didn't notice until I had a second to examine them after I left.) they were all grown out to the same length when I sat down for my appointment. Now I was seated with the second tech Who grabbed my hands right away to start painting before I could show them the picture in my phone. She asked again what color I wanted and said I had been trying to show them the picture I wanted in my phone, but that it was a nice neutral pink/nude with glitter over top. She said she had just the thing and showed me a light pink looking shade that I just said fine to at this point because I was getting so anxious about how rushed they were. The color ended up being clear. Which was not what i wanted. When it was time to apply the glitter she assumed I wanted it straight across the top like a French manicure but i said that I would like it more of that rain/ombré effect and she actually rolled her eyes at me! I said well if that's okay... and she said that was fine, quickly finished up, I paid and left. After I I left I was able to examine my nails and I was really upset. The colors themselves are okay although not what I wanted. But the quality of work is not okay. Every nail had too much shellac globed on and it was peeling up over my skin. It's already starting to pop up at the edges and it's only been 3 days. I'm really upset with how it was treated. I came in as a paying customer hoping to get good service after the reviews I saw and I was seriously disappointed. read more

I love diva nails. I frequently get my eyebrows done there and for only $7!! Kim is my favorite. She always does my eyebrows perfectly and I love that there is a separate room for customer privacy.
