Than I go for an important event yesterday and ask for French tip, lucy's sister starts doing them , doesn't even clean up my cuticles , cut my nails down, or scrap my nail beds she just starts putting the acrylic nails on. I told her I wanted them almond and not to long. She proceeded to charged me for extra long nails? When her pricing on the bored says nothing about that. My nails are sharpe and not almond, my nails hurt because there's nails pushing into my skin. All my nails have different length, one thumb is short and one is long? My French tip is smudge, and the actual base color is see-through and than I saw a black hair in my nails on 4 of my nails and told lucy's sister, " hey I see black hair can you please get it" she told me that it's my fault and it's from my clothes and started yelling at me. Than lucy comes over and kept telling me how it's my fault and all this stuff when I never touched my clothes I put them straight in the light , and I don't have black hair I have blonde hair, I asked you to fix many times and you never did. I'll insert a photo of my nails. And the shape is awful they are pointy and not square. We asked for a refunded and she started filming and said "Lucy does not do refunds ." And when I left the salon she started telling her clients about me and how crazy I am because I didn't like my nails. I will never be coming back and will be telling people to never come back there. And the vibe in the salon is awful there's music literally blasting on full blast and there's 2 people that work there lucy and her sister and it's so unprofessional. And Lucy does everything for clout and scams people and takes advantage when there teenagers, and starts making up prices when it clearly makes no sense and she charged me for extra long nails? It says nothing on her bored about length if your gonna charge people for length maybe tell them before you just add it to there bill. And when you're paying she forces you to pay with cash and starts hitting you and tells you have to, and have to tip her in cash and can't add it to your credit. Last time I checked you don't have to tip anyone so when I tip it's usually because I want to. I think it's disrespectful and disgusting. I hope this place gets shut down.

By far the most underrated and low key nail salon I have ever come across…read more Let me start by saying my mom has been going here for years. I came with her when I was younger for my first pedicure but totally forgot about this place. I've been on the hunt for the best pedicure in town and have tried multiple nail salons but they just weren't it when it came to pedicures. Then my mom suggested Grace Nails. The technicians here are just something else. Beyond hospitable, hard working, sweet, and so attentive. I have never been to a nail salon that goes above and beyond like they do here. I got the French pedicure ($30) which included a hot stone massage on the calves and feet. The massage chairs here are the comfiest chairs ever and the massages the technicians themselves do are amazing. Note: they do not do acrylics and only accept tip in cash. I HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem. You won't be disappointed!

I removed the polish first from my left toe and when I saw the fungus thought it must have been introduced when she cut my cuticle and it bled. But there is even worse fungus (dense white coating) on my other toe. I wonder if it could be from the 'quick dry' coating she put on and then charged me for without telling me it would cost. Or, is it some type of cleanliness issue? I have NEVER had any type of fungus on my nails. I will never return to this establishment.

I tend to judge places on their ability to do the basics well. she gave me a shoulder, neck, and forearm/hand massage, which were nice but honestly a little rough. the place is really nothing special, and i wouldnt go out of my way to go here. but they are friendly, clean enough, and do fine manicures.

As a nail tech myself I have pretty high expectations. Lee did a good job on my full set. He didn't just rip off my tips when removing, he took his time to soak them off although I don't really agree with the whole idea of soaking my fingers in a bowl of acetone, I would have preferred them wrapped with cotton, acetone and foil. I had a few nails on my right hand that were crooked and had some leftover gel under my nail but I just fixed it when I got home. My full set was thin and natural looking which was my ultimate main concern. I was pleasantly surprised. I am glad I didn't end up with lumpy, thick nails like I've seen from many other places. I painted them myself when I got home. The salon was clean. Some of the technicians and the owner greeted me. I'm just very glad they fit me in last minute because I know how it is on those long days.
