After leaving my previous review, I received a phone call from Tutu salon, asking if I would like to come back and have a complementary manicure done to fix my cuticles. I couldn't have been more happy at the fact that they reached out to me to fix the problem. When I went back to have my manicure fixed, the technician was so incredibly great. She paid attention to fixing all of my cuticles, giving me a beautiful manicure And leaving me completely satisfied with the service that I went to get. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I traveled 45 minutes to visit with my daughter and two friends, despite informing the staff that we would be 10 minutes late due to a storm, we were met with significant hostility upon arrival. The owner made an unnecessary scene about our delay, claiming it would hold up subsequent appointments, which was not the case. Everyone is very pleasant to work with, and their prices are fair. They are quick and efficient, but you do not feel rushed. It is a clean, relaxing environment with plenty of parking. This location is 20 minutes from my home, but well worth the drive. read more

I decided to check out Tutu Nails, because I wanted to find a nail salon that had massage chairs. The interior was very calming and clean. Everyone there was nice and they had a great selection of nail polish. The prices were comparable to my previous salon, but they offered massage chairs (which my back loved!) and a spray to help my nails dry. I didn't feel rushed at all, which I had felt at my previous salon. My nail tech took her time and did a great job. I'll definitely be back! read more

my boyfriend and i decided to get our nails done here as an experiment. when we walked in it was very very quiet and someone came in to help us right away! i got a regular manicure ($15) and my boyfriend got dip polish ($40) to prevent him from biting his nails. i had previously had gel polish on and they left me sitting there a bit longer than usual. The actual nails look fine but one nail was chipped while she was moving it around (yikes!). my boyfriend got a clear polish and you can't even tell it's on unless you touch it which was awesome. they had a nice german movie playing as well - very intriguing about a girl with a heart issue riding horses. overall very happy except for the chipped nail. ps: they might give you a back massage read more

I've been bouncing around from nail salon to nail salon ever since my regular technician went on maternity leave and never came back I have had a couple okay experiences but typically I leave the salon annoyed and disappointed. Not the case today!! First of all the place is gorgeous!! Very modern looking, perfect little style touches, someone with very good taste picked the finishes. The chairs you sit in to get your nails done are super comfy and so cute. Cindy did my nails and she was great! She was quick but efficient. One of my pet peeves is having my nails take too long. I'm the checking the clock every 5 seconds and saying no massage so I can run out the door. Cindy did a great job on my nails, perfectly shaped and polished, in a totally reasonable amount of time and I didn't skip the hand massage at the end this time. Perfect pressure and technique!!
