Came here because 2 other places I called were booked for the day. I called and they could take me right away. Girl was super nice on the phone too. Walked in 10 min later and was seated right away. Seated right next to me was one of the employees who was looking at her phone and coughing and sneezing and sucking in her snot constantly! SO DISGUSTING!!! I was about to tell the person working on me to either stop so I could leave or to move me to another chair. Just then 2 customers walked in so sick girl had to get up and work!! Another employee seated 2 chairs away from me was literally passed out sleeping in the chair. She had to wake up to work on those customers who came in. Thank God their timing was perfect. I went to get a pedicure here and the lady who was working on my feet was fine, which is why I am giving a one star. However, the smallest worker, who I found out was one of the owner's, she is not a good person. I was getting my pedicure and she looked over to my feet, said something in her language, and all the ladies turned their heads, stared at my feet, and began laughing. I was so outrage and I confronted her. She denied talking about me but when I ask the girl who was doing my feet not to lie to me and tell me the truth, she just put her head down and stayed quiet. Just walked out from having my fills done. JUST FYI ... They charge extra depending on the shape you want. So ridiculous!!! Guess you can only have round or square.. any other shape they charge extra. I have never been told that it would be a extra charge for the shape. I'll go home and file it myself. Not very happy with the way my nails came out. They were good till about a week after I got them done. 8/10 nails are lifting up towards the cutical and constantly get my hair caught in them. I've been getting my nails done for a little while now and I've never had gels lifting up after only ONE WEEK. The expected refill date for your nails is supposed to between 3-4 weeks tops. Now I have to dish out more $$ to get them filled earlier which is not wut I was looking for. read more

After a couple of months of not going to get a pedi (belt tightening and all that), I decided that I badly need one so I went to treat myself at my fave nail place. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! I asked for the Deluxe Pedi and I received mediocre service. The female nail tech was on her phone, texting someone half the time. She made a poor attempt at giving me the "spa treatment" aka leg sugar scrub and massage. The nail polish started bubbling hours later which meant she applied the nail polish too thick too quickly. I've been going there since 2008 and it has changed ownership a few times but their service has been mostly the same UNTIL RECENTLY. I've been here once and just walked in. The wait was around 10-15 minutes. It was a saturday and surprisingly not too busy. I was greeted by a girl and was asked to take a seat. The workers there were friendly but didn't really know how to speak english all too well. Prior to doing my nails there, I already had gel nails on. Therefore, they needed to take them off. Unlike other places i've been where they would just rip my nails off, the woman who took them off was really gentle. (= The next person who came to me was Tommy. He was really nice and showed me some designs that werent all to pricey either. Although he did give me a few cuts from filing my nails, he was great. He kept asking if they were okay and if I wanted to fix them. He even didnt charge for having them take my old nails off. I definately plan on going here agian. read more

Been going to this place for a couple of years now for a pedicure. Recently tony did mines and his massages are like heaven but his manicure job was a bit messy up close but looks good from a far. I pay averagely $80 every time I come here. Been going to Lisa for about 2 years now, so Lisa and Tony know me as Aunty Carol. Sorry I have waited so long to do a review. Health reasons have put me on hold for awhile. But my nails are very important to me. I can not begin to tell you all how very fantastic Lisa is at doing my nails about every 2 or 3 weeks. She is so accommodating to me as I am known as the crazy lady with the weird nails cause every nail is probably a different color and most likely a different design. My family thinks I am weird, but my husband and friends put up with me. Since I use a walker, and possibly have my legs wrapped up, Lisa and Tony are very tuned into my condition and put up with my strange times to call for an appointment and are always accommodating, as I am not driving right, and have to depend on a time when hubby can drive me. Lisa and Tony are continuously opening doors and holding chairs for me. Very professional!! Since I am always texting my friends and family and sending pictures of my nails, Lisa takes pictures for me with my phone camera so it's much easier to send. Before entering the store, I was greeted at the entrance by a lady (possibly the owner) sitting in a beach chair and was assigned by her a manicurist who happened to be sleeping in one of the massage chairs on the sales floor. I love this place! I moved to Honolulu and tried several salons and was disappointed. I tried Diva Nails and I highly recommend this shop. The shop is smaller than most which is great because it is quiet and peaceful....very spa like. Everyone speaks to you and you are greeted with smiles and hellos the moment you walk in. The facility is clean and the pedicure stations are spotless. This is important to me because I hate dirty bowls. Tony was my nail tech and he is patient, professional and detail oriented. Worst nail service I've ever received. I ordered the hot stone pedicure. The nail tech who serviced me barely cleaned my calluses, only used the hot stones on ONE LEG. Didn't even use it on my feet or my other leg. Only massaged each foot for a short minute. Then as soon as she was done painting she made me leave. I left the shop with wet paint on my nails.
