Got my nails done on Saturday, called that morning and they said I could come at 10am, had to wait like 15 minutes but not a big deal. Got a fill and fix of 3 broken nails. I was pleased with the outcome. It's a small space, 3 tables for nails and a few chairs for Pedicure, separate room for waxing. Everyone was super nice. I gave a 3 because already one of my nails the polish has chipped. Kind of disappointed, since it's only been like 3 days. I live so close, really wanted to make this my new nail salon. read more

First time at this salon and I loved it! My nail artist did a really good job at refilling/ shaping my nails. I love the colors and options inside of the salon it really has to me a "Sailor Moon" vibe... The photo doesn't do any justice but my nail polish is actually really shiny and has a glitter touch to it naturally. Was looking for a new nail place to try close to home since I just had my baby, I desperately needed to get my nails done, they were too long, and were lifting. I called and was able to get an appt. that morning. Helen was very friendly and Ken did my nails, Helen finished them up by putting gel on my nails, I wasn't going to do a pedicure but they weren't busy and I wasn't already there, so Wendy did my pedicure, I just did a basic due to time limitations. The basic pedicure included a scrub mask and massage. I liked the smell and feel of the mask. The massage and scrub was good as well. Everyone was so friendly. Their prices are reasonable too, basic pedi was $35 and gel mani was $40. read more

I've been coming here for about a year to see the owner Helen for hybrid gel nails. She is sadly the only one who does hybrid gel at this salon. I've been patient with many times where my appointment started 20-30 minutes late, because she's late working on someone else. I let it go, because of the convenient location and the price. Today was the last straw for me. 45 minutes late. No apology given. No, "sorry for the wait." She does not keep nor schedule her appointments well. My appointment was at 12:30 pm. She texted me to move it to 1 pm, which was fine. I get there at 1, and she's working on someone else--not even halfway done. My appointment finally started at 1:45 pm. This is in addition to the two times I've showed up for morning appointments, to have the other nail techs looking confused because--she isn't even there. So I have to come back or wait 30-45 minutes for her to get to the salon. There was also an incident where halfway through my manicure, someone else came in for a repair. Without saying a word to me, she stopped working on my manicure and moved to the next chair to fix the other girl's nails for 10 minutes while I waited with half done nails. Seriously? I always schedule appointments. I never do walk ins. My manicure today took almost 2 hours including the wait time, and this is with one solid color--no fancy design or embellishments. I recommend coming here if you have tons of free time to spare and don't mind constantly waiting or having your appointments completely forgotten. I put up with it many times, but enough is enough. I'd rather drive further away and pay more to not have my time wasted. read more

I would definitely recommend her services for anyone looking for efficiency and phenomenal looking nails. She does not have much space to sit, but that's part of the service you get - one on one. I can't believe how amazing my nails turned out! This place is a total hidden gem!!! Did a basic pedicure and full set nails. I showed a picture of how i wanted the design to be... but I requested for different colors and it turned out better than I expected. Super good positive vibes & relaxing. My first time here cuz it's so close to home. There were only two of them this Sunday, and busy. I just walked in and got me seated to start on my fingernails. Fast and quality work on my nails. I showed her a similar pick of what I wanted and chose to do a different color like white instead. The woman that did my nails suggested Milky white. She definitely did what I wanted. So cute. I love it. Im still here at Moon Nails and I'm currently getting my pedicure by the other lady and I just asked her what's her name...Her name is Helen. I as m so glad I looked for a nail Spa nearby. I read reviews and called and asked for Helen to do a pedicure for me. She was booked but said my girls give a good pedicure. So I took her word for it. I arrived and had about 10 minute wait. This is a small salon, but very clean and cozy. I picked my color and decided on the middle priced pedicure. I have a tendency to get ingrown nails on the big toes. I can usually tell because I will bump and it hurts. Not like stubbing the toe, though. I told my technician about those. Elaine told me she would take care of them. This was a very relaxing massage and I am happy with the service. Not to short a time to take care of my toes, feet, and legs. They do great work when messaging your legs during their pedis. However, I would suggest paying upfront for what you asked for. Otherwise the total always ends up being about $20-30 more. They add things and fail to mention they cost more. To prevent this, pay up front! read more

LONG REVIEW‼‼ I don't know why but everytime I get my pedicure here I always end up having itchy feet and blisters (allergic reaction). January 2025 First time I came and I did gel polish. But after a day my feet started to get itchy, red, tiny bumps around the nails. So I came back after two days and have them remove the gel polish and did the pedicure but this time on a regular polish. Thinking maybe I was just allergic on gel polish. The allergy took 2 weeks to heal. I have to stop for a while and let it heal. April 2025 I came again last week. Did regular polish. After a day or two I started having this reactions AGAIN on my feet! I guess it's time for me to stop going here and look for another place. read more

I wanted to treat my mom to a manicure and pedicure and gave Moon Nails a try. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and made an appointment for that Friday at 9am. Mom had to wait a few minutes but it wasn't a big deal for her. She showed them a nail design that she liked on their Yelp and they made some tweaks to it to better suit her liking. When I picked her up a few hours later, she was so happy. She enjoyed her gel manicure and pedicure. She said the staff was also very courteous and the shop was nice and clean. She also said the massage she received well worth the price paid. Overall, if Mom is happy, I'm happy! I also need to make an appointment for myself here in the future. Well I walked in at 5:45 pm and saw 2 customers being helped. I asked if I could get my nails done and withno hesitation I was seated and was brought several color palettes. By 6:15 pm, I was being helped with the gel polish request and the removal of the first gel polish I had ever worn. Yeah, a little behind the times. As I waited, I got to observe how the customers were being treated and the quality of work being done. I'm no expert but when your customers leave with a smile and state "Thank you, I like them!" To me that is a win for the shop and a win for the customer. Old polish removal, reshaped a few nails, and gel polish applied, dried, paid the bill and out the door by 7:05 pm. The good: My wife got a good calf & foot massage & was happy with her pedicure The bad: I sat in a chair soaking my feet after being mislead to think I would be receiving a pedicure with my wife. So basically I went here & asked the ladies if they had availability for 2 pedicures. My wife was standing next to me. They say "yes they'll be done soon(ladies doing nails) just wait 5 minutes" & sat us down. I never got my pedicure. In the future it would be nice to communicate that they are short staffed or that they would have to do 1 person first & then the next person. Instead of just saying 5 minutes sit down knowing I would be waiting prob ably an hour before anybody got to me. But yeah my wife was satisfied with her pedicure & paint job. read more

I recently had french tip nails done at Moon Nails and the day after there were spots of the gel nail polish gone on two of my nails. The next day more of it chipped away. Apparently they might be using poor quality gel polish. Also, while the gal was doing my nails, some polish kept getting on my fingertips because my fingers kept touching the bottle, which was dirty. She tried to remove it by using alcohol and then she used the electric sander on my fingertips to try to remove it. Not a good experience at all. read more

After years of doing my own nails I finally decided to pamper myself and go to Moon Nails. Walked in, asked for a mani and pedi. I was asked to come back in about an hour since they were busy. Cool, no problem. Left my number for them to call when they were available. Walked in and changed my mind and decided to get a full set. The owner (who serviced me) was willing to get me in the chair. Finally showing her the design I wanted she continued to work. Got it done and was satisfied with the glimpses I could get. Got to the pedicure chair and took a photo of my nails and I was shocked. It was so thick and looked like my nails were bloated....in all the wrong places. Going over it in my head thinking if I should speak up or stay quiet since I have everything to fix it at home. Finally I spoke up and addressed the issues. It was too thick and I wanted a more narrow nail (showed her the inspo photo again). She "fixed" it just before finishing the pedicure. Said it was better but not great. I asked if I went home and reshaped it if she could repaint it. She agreed and I paid. While paying, I was reassured I could come back and have them painted at no charge. This was on a Tuesday. Wednesday when I called she wasn't there and was advised to come back on Thursday. I did. Again, they were busy so offered to come back on Friday. She looked at my nails and said "all the polish gone" I replied "Yes, I reshaped them" she spoke to her colleagues in Vietnamese and gave me a weird look and turned her back to me and said "yeah, tomorrow 5:00". Her 25 years of experience in this business only to have someone with 2 years at home/diy experience fix the work you did is not a good look. read more

For a deluxe service you would think they would spend a little more time on massage with the hot stones. Their massage chairs are weak.
