And 45 minutes later... we were still waiting. The pedicure was great, the ladies were nice, but I don't make reservations for fun - I make them to avoid waiting. Second time: I did not make reservations this time after the last time's issues. Waited about a half hour this time. Still not happy with the wait, but relaxing pedicure... good eyebrow waxing service. But man.... The wait time is killer.... Third time: not the charm either. Another wait of about 15 - 25 minutes. At least we were given complimentary water and a snack this time, but the wait time.... I would highly recommend going for a good quality pedicure service. WARNING- pictures of my toes lmao The wife and I have been going here for a couple years now, and they definitely have new staff now. It was pretty obvious my nail tech was new because there was no confidence when cutting my nails...IYKYK. Now, I am not one to leave a review like this just because someone is new; I very much understand everyone gotta start somewhere. My reason for this low review is because 1) She didn't actually give me a pedicure...and 2) She drew blood. The pictures show that she cut (poorly) the nails of my big toe, and then left all my other toes all hammajang. Then as she was cutting the cuticles of my big toe she nipped me....buggah was sore. Yea the nip was small, but that's the worse place to get a nip, it still hurts under pressure and it's been 2 days now. I soldiered on like it was nothing when she asked "sorry are you okay?" But really I was crying on the inside cause now I'm wondering if I need to get a tetanus shot . Anyway, I let the nail tech do her thing to finish the "deluxe" spa (stones weren't microwaved long enough , the water was hotter than the stones). I stopped by ILash Nails & Spa on a Sunday, 10/1/23, around 4:00p as a walk-in and was greeted promptly as they asked what I wanted. The gentleman gave me a booklet of nail colors to choose from. They asked if I wanted my nails done in gel and I said no, I didn't want gel and asked for the booklet of colors that they had for basic nail polish colors. They were very helpful in suggesting colors for a satin navy blue gown that I would be wearing for a wedding. I selected the glittery gold nail polish. I decided to get both a manicure and pedicure. As I was led to my comfortable seat, I decided not to use the massage option. I was happy to dip my feet into the lukewarm water. Next, I was surprised to see that two nail technicians would be painting my nails. My two nail technicians were very efficient and knew what they were doing. I had one technician doing my pedicure and another doing my manicure. Both, of my technicians worked on my cuticles, lathered my hands and legs with lotions, and massaged my hands, legs, and feet. I felt very pampered. My experience wasn't rushed and I enjoyed the air conditioned environment and the bright area while I relaxed and watched the big screen tv as well as watching my nails being painted. Located in Kapolei (in teapresso) next to the Chinese restaurant. Lots of parking located right in front of the salon. I used to come here when it was inspire, but they recently got new owners. We did a walk in (not busy at all) for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. We got there at 1 pm and didn't leave until 4:30 pm. I don't understand why it took so long when we were the only ones in the nail salon. Each of us had a different people too. They did a decent job.. but i paid a lot of money for 2 basic pedis and 1 basic mani. I tried asking the lady why it was so much, but she didn't understand English and just smiled and laughed. They spoke their language in the salon the whole time we were there, not sure if they were speaking about us. read more

Great massage chairs, a good welcoming vibe and coming from someone who gets nervous going to new places it did not disappoint! For $60 you can get such a nice luxurious pedicure and for $20 you can get gel which I always do. I would 100% suggest this place they even brought me a water and it was just peak luxury here!! I just left this place ANN did my eyebrows and made it uneven like she didn't know what she was doing. I always get my eyebrows done so I know how it's supposed to be done. -- the bed had left over eyelashes on it like they didn't clean anything for the next person to lay on the bed. She double dipped in the wax which is unsanitary!!! I'm mad with the service, then she over charged me, when confronted she tried to explain to me something else. What truly sets these pedicure services apart from other places, is the thorough cleaning, exfoliation, and moisturizing of my feet, the precision of nail polish application, AND, my FAVORITE part, the amazing foot and calf massages. I loooove that my foot and leg massages are always strong and lengthy. Usually, other places sadly skimp on this part. Massages are really the highlight of my pedicure, and another reason why I choose to go to Ilash Spa and Nails for my pedicures! Also, the use of high-quality products left my skin feeling rejuvenated, hydrated, and silky. We usually get the pedicure with hot stone option, but today we tried the paraffin option. While my feet feel extra extra soft and smooth from the paraffin wax treatment, I think I'll stick to the hot stone, due to the extra massaging with it! I told you- I LOVE good massages! Maybe I'll do the paraffin twice a year, when my feet need some extra love and hydration. Furthermore, the salon's commitment to hygiene is commendable. The tools and equipment used were impeccably clean and sterilized, ensuring the utmost safety and sanitation. Had a deluxe pedicure w/acrylic toes & gel polish the pedicure was so relaxing & the massage chair was very comfortable! They took their time & pampered me, I loved where they softened & shaved my feet's to give me a baby soft finish. My pedicure came with the choice of a paragon wax or hot stones & I went with the paraffin wax, it felt so amazing and my feet felt extra soft ! Now the nails itself, I'm Inlove , I can rarely ever find a place that can do nice acrylic on toes, but this place left me super happy ! I love the square shape, exactly what I asked for ! And the deep French tips are exactly how I like it aswell ! Whenever I get rhinestones , Im always concerned about them staying, but he used the gel adhesive & cured it under a light? I hope it stays that way . I got a deluxe pedicure and it was amazing . The technician who did my pedicure was so patient and sweet . She took her time with the massages despite them closing soon . I got to meet the owner as well and he is very nice ! I will def be coming back for my future pedicures !
