What we do not like is they ask as you are sitting there about removing your callous which we thought it was part of the pedicure but, they end up nickel and diming you for everything?! Only after I pointed it out did he spray my hand with alcohol and apologize and ask if I was okay. Yes, I looked at the bad reviews and still gave this place a try. Hoping that I get a better experience. The person that greeted us was ok. I got a spa pedicure along with my daughter and my sister. I haven't done gel polish so i sticked to regular polish which I know it takes longer to dry. Right after the rushed massage and polish, I was also rushed to get out of the pedi seat and was asked to pay right away. There was no one waiting and I was still also waiting for my sister. Absolutely Awful Experience - Never Returning I had one of the most upsetting customer service experiences of my life at this pedicure salon -- all thanks to a staff member named Amy. From the moment I sat down, she was incredibly short, rushed, and visibly irritated. She didn't greet me, didn't smile, and made me feel like I was a burden for simply being there. When I asked her a question, she threw the service menu at me -- literally tossed it -- and spoke in a way I couldn't understand. When I politely asked her to repeat herself, she looked annoyed and huffed like I was wasting her time. I tried to handle it calmly and discreetly. I asked to speak to a supervisor about her behavior privately, to avoid embarrassing anyone, and she coldly claimed she was the supervisor. That alone was shocking -- this is how a supervisor treats paying customers? Feeling completely disrespected and humiliated, I stepped outside and called the company directly. After explaining everything, they said a real manager would come to speak with me. I waited outside in the hot sun for 45 minutes. Eventually, someone did come and said they'd handle it internally. But honestly, all I wanted was to understand why Amy treated me this way -- I didn't even get that. The whole experience left me feeling like I was judged -- whether for being a man, not looking wealthy, or simply choosing a basic pedicure. Whatever the reason, I've never been made to feel more unwelcome or unimportant in a customer-facing business. This place doesn't deserve your time or money, and no one deserves to be treated the way I was. Devastating and disappointing. I should have read the negative reviews first! The lady I had was rude, pushy and when I told her I just wanted the basic pedicure she rushed through it and was done in 20 minutes. No massage, barely a scrub and demanded I get out of the pedicure seat for someone else. My sister and daughters ladies were nice though. First of all I was glad they were able to take me and my daughter in at last minute on a Saturday morning. We just wanted a manicure very basic manicure. As we got in I asked if I could sit with my daughter to do nails together. It was sad that the nail tech weren't able to accommodate for me sitting next to my daughter. There may be a reason why but was not given a reason . Five minutes a lady sat next to her to do nails. Too bad I could not experience the first nail manicure with my daughter together. My nail tech kept asking to do gel nail instead and I said No. Then I said we are fine with GEL and lady said it's better last longer and I said I know we are okay with regular nail polish. I asked if she can do four layers and she said no. I asked if she could do two laters top coat she said just one. I was already thinking this place is a sham when the lady who did my nails insisted to do gel and and when I said HARD PASS, then she started telling that I haven't done for a while looks like I have never gone to a salon and that my nail polish will only last 3 days. I so love it when they talk about you in their language and then they all laugh! Never will go there again. The woman who did my nails is not professional and I felt so uncomfortable after she kept on pushing and then telling me I don't get my nails done then talking crap and the rest of the workers laughed. I just retuned home after five weeks on the mainland helping to move my mom in 110° weather. My feet were ruined. The photo probably seems like a pretty basic pedicure but I went in for callus removal only, no paint. Nina asked me why I didn't want paint and I replied, "because I don't have toenails on four toes". Nina said, "I'll make you some". And then I watched her use some powder to build me four new toenails that are so strong, she used a dremel to shape them. Then she painted them and then I cried. I tried this place because of a friend's recommendation. I'm glad she enjoys this place but I did not like the quality. I paid $70 for a gel pedi (that includes the 20% tip), I think I'm just used to my salon in town being $100 with tip included for a gel mani pedi combo. Also, they spent maybeeee 15 minutes on cuticle care and there wasn't even cuticle oil after all the UV lights. I did appreciate that they constantly asked questions on if the color was correct. I wish I had asked them to wrap the tip on my nail, that's something I'm just used to from my previous place that I think made the end result look bad. read more

Walked-in for a gel mani and it was a full house today! The nail tech who took care of me was pleasant, quick and friendly. She gave me some design options that would make the Mani last longer. When she got started, she was gentle while trimming my nails and she took her time when she massaged my hand and forearms I almost fell asleep! She offered to do my pedi but I didn't have enough time, however, I plan to return again soon! The facility was decent and spacious but it seems their clientele is expanding and it's probably time for a bigger facility! They seem to be popular in the area. Location is adjacent to the Buffalo Wild Wings and across from Safeway. They offer quite a list of services that I would like to try at some point. Before coming to this nail salon, I read the negative reviews but I still came here to give the salon business. I was very disappointed. I came here to do a simple powder dip manicure. The nail technician was the owner which makes it even more upsetting that she did a very messy job. She would just continue performing the routine of brushing the clear protective polish on my nails brushing against my skin then dipping my fingers in the finely milled powder to my nails. I washed my hands over four days before posting this picture and it's still there, dried powder dip on my cuticles. I've been to many nail salons for manicure and this is by far very much a messy job. After paying and giving 20 % tip I took the mail file and started cleaning the mess around my nails across the register. The owner said I could take the file with me but what I wanted her to know is that she did an unsatisfactory job. A nail tech named Amy did my plastic white tip acrylic set. No manicure, or anything additional was requested. Their listed price is 40 dollars for an acrylic full set. She told me if I wanted "skinny square" I'll have to go to the doctor to get my nail bed cut. I told her I used to get my nails filed this way all the time but if she didn't understand, then it was okay. Then she laughed, and dropped her nail file on the towel my hands were sitting on and told me I can file my own nails. I told her I'm not going to do my own nails at a nail salon, and that it was fine. She almost applied a gel clear coat without my consent. I said I'm not consenting to, or paying for gel. She said my set was $70. I told her that's incorrect and that I want a regular clear coat. She said it's still going to be 60 because the white plastic tips cost more than the clear plastic tips, and there's an additional charge for "shaping" or in other words using a nail file on my nails- which, not only is part of any full set, but I literally paid and walked out without a clear coat at all because I still need to shape / file them on my own........ Every 2-3 weeks, I get a fill and a pedicure. Ken is the best! He always fits me in and can get both done in less than an hour. He keeps my nails short, as requested. I have had another artist who just would not cut my nails down as they grew. Ken aims to please. The shop employees work well together. I came in late right before traveling: they tag teamed my pedicure and eyebrows until Ken could get to my nails.
