The interaction took place in front of other customers and felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and embarrassing. As more of our family arrived, we decided to leave. It wasn't the 20-minute wait that bothered us--we completely understand restaurants get busy. It was the lack of professionalism and the way we were treated.
