Green Bay Distillery offers a fantastic selection of local beers on tap and a menu full of great food options. My waitress, Christy, was not only friendly but incredibly attentive, making the experience even better. Whether you're grabbing a bite or just enjoying a drink, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. I would imagine the atmosphere would be great on game days!

I saw distillery and I was in. Unfortunately, they only distill gin and vodka. I'm more of a bourbon guy. Either way, I ponied up to the bar. I opted for a gin and tonic. The pour was heavy, which I appreciated. The place is quite large. I imagine it get pretty busy during football season. It was pretty dead for a Saturday night. The bartender was nice. I ordered a cheese curd burger and fries. The burger was good. The fries could have been crispier. If you are in town, this place might be worth a look.

Dining area

We came for an appetizer and a beer. The Bavarian Pretzel, beer cheese, and mustard was very good and filling. Tried a new beer which I would recommend if you like blonde beer but I'm all about supporting local distilleries so that's important to me. The ambiance was very Green Bay supportive, friendship and comfortable. The service was good and we'll be back for sure.

We came here on a whim on a cold Friday night and there were maybe 5 other people in the place. They do have a separate event area that seemed to have a party happening. They're known for their drinks that come in a small pitcher. It was decent. I also ordered an espresso martini and THAT was pretty good. Service was just okay.

Stopped here as we had a night of bar hopping. The service was good and it the location is huge! We ordered the pretzel crusted cheese curds which were great and buffalo wings (not photographed). The wings were a bit dry but overall we had a good experience. It also seems family friendly as they had a bunch of birthday parties going on as well as a few arcade games in the back.

Cheesesteak and beer battered fries

Pretty good! Had a tough piece of steak and it was pretty heavy on the peppers. Overall I liked it. I brought the leftovers home ‍

This place is so amazing! It's very big inside would think it would be great to throw a party. They have soups of the season right now it was a Cowboy soup. I would recommend the tater tots over the French fries I love the tots were super crispy and had a great crunch. The bread for the fish was cold but it's typical thing for fish & chips which I just learned today. the waitress was very attentive and everything came out super fast. There was also free shot during touchdown. I love that they have darts, pool tables, and claw machines Will definitely be going back!

Food is okay but go to this place for convenience to football field and with larger group of people. Fun drinks! Some games - need $1 bills to play. Lots of space. Food is average - definitely get the app pretzel if you like pretzels!

The saddest nachos ever.

The worst boneless wings I've ever had. It took multiple attempts to pierce them with my fork.

Attended a corporate function in the private party room (towards back of restaurant). Hinterland is…read morethe type of place where you can be super casual but also enjoy a more elevated dining experience. The main dining room can get very loud on busy nights so I appreciated the more closed off space for a large dinner event. The caveat being we received spotty service - for example, water pitchers were set in the corner and you had to get up to pour your own water. At minimum, it would've been better to just leave pitchers on the table directly for faster access. Food was hit or miss. While we loved the appetizers, half of our table found their main entrees to be MEH. For example, my halibut arrived warm but the curry was room temperature. My colleague said her burger was one of the worst she's had. My other colleague said his steak was mediocre. People who ordered pizza loved it. An unfortunate mixed bag given the lively environment and nice ambiance. I'd come back again to give it another try because the menu rotates enough where I'm sure I'll land on some better food options next time.

It's a rare find when they crush both! This ragu was made with homemade bucatini (love this pasta) and the pasta has a lovely chewiness to it that makes it the ultimate comfort food. The sauce is complex (definitely not canned sauce) and has a wonderful range of flavors with a hint of heat but absolutely delicious. I am dining alone but you could easily share this especially if you order a salad to share. I love this place and they never disappoint. Servers are exceptionally attentive and I always leave satisfied with my life choices.

I really appreciated the balance of meats, starches, and vegetables across the menu it felt thoughtful and well-rounded. My dish featured a cauliflower risotto that was incredibly flavorful. The visit just before Memorial Day was the first in a few years. We had stopped because we thought it was sloping downward but wanted to see if anything had been salvaged. The answer is a negative. The furnishings are old and marred including broken support in the chair seats, the atmosphere is outdated or nil and the food is overpriced for the quality received. Much better offerings are available from competitors for the same price within a five minute or less driving time.. The dish I ordered was not tasty, over-salted and had a complete lack of presentation. My partner ordered a sandwich with chicken for $16 and declared that the meat was low grade. She said she has had better chicken sandwiches at fast food places for less than half of the price of this one. It's too bad because we remember its glory days when it first started and the management and kitchen were at the top of the game. Maybe there is a plan to retire and move on or there's just burnout. We will not know because we will not be returning. [BTW, the waitress gave us very good service and was appropriately attentive without interfering with our eating and conversing.]

If you want steak and drinks but want to dine in jeans, here is your spot. Looking for a date night or entertaining colleagues/business partners, look no further. Or, you just happen to be in town on a work trip and decided to stop in. Why not treat yourself. I dined alone here and sat at the bar with a book. I really enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere. Let's jump right into this review. What did I have? 1. Petite Filet Migon $50 - served with garlic green beans and grilled asparagus - meat cooked to my preferred temperature, veggies were seasoned well and delicious! Pros 1. Large chairs to sit in at the bar - I can appreciate the oversized seating. They were cushy with a large back. Definitely makes the dining experience better when you are in a comfortable seat. 2. I'm techy so the menu is presented on a tablet which I like - great for efficiency and cleaning purposes. *Big pet peeve of mine is restaurants with menus that have the last few meals on the pages * 3. The service was great. The bartender/waitress was friendly and personable. Cons 1. It's pricey, not necessarily a con, because my overall experience was positive, BUT my bill was just under $80, and I had no alcohol. *I didn't visit the women's restroom, so I can't report out on cleanliness. I recommend The Walnut Room if you are staying at The Northland Autograph Hotel, vistor of Green Bay, or maybe a resident looking for good food and a nice ambiance.
