For an appetizer we had to try the cheese curds - visitors can't leave without a sample - I think it's the law. They are fried balls of cheese, and I must admit, delicious! As was my filet. I'm not normally a red meat kind of guy, but if I could get meat like this in CA I'd gladly convert. My wife also liked her entree a lot. The lobster itself was sweet in flavor but the cooking of it felt off, it was stringy? I ended up leaving most of the salad on my plate.
