Some were to be laundered, some dry cleaned. When I got my clothes back, it looked as if nothing had been washed. Clothes were iron and/or pressed, but dirt and stains (common stains, not blood or wine) were on almost every item. Even the ironing on multiple pairs of pants was done poorly (wrinkles and creases 2-3 inches away from the middle crease in the leg). I took in 6 items, as an example, to show them. I showed them shirts and pants. Some items that were laundered and some that were dry cleaned. The supervisor wasn't particularly helpful. She wasn't mean, necessarily, but she wasn't exactly bending of backwards to help me (She seemed a bit perturbed at me). She told me that if I wanted stains removed from my dress shirts I needed to specify that and to specify that they were to be dry cleaned, not laundered and that laundering is simply washing them. Side note: This isn't true. Laundering cotton dress shirts is better for removing stains and uses less chemicals than dry cleaning cotton shirts, which will allow your shirt to last longer. It's all a quick Google search away... I spoke to the manager on the phone, who was nice enough, but didn't waiver either and kept telling me that the work had been done. I told him that the clothes simply weren't clean and it was very obvious to the naked eye. He said, "the clothes were cleaned, they just don't look clean to you." He also mentioned that he has over 500 customers and has never had a complaint like this. A claim that is easily proven false as evidenced by all of these reviews! While the store offered to re-do my clothes without charge, I wasn't comfortable leaving them there again. On top of the fact that I only brought in the representative 6 articles of clothing to show them and the other 8 or 9 were at home and I wasn't going to go back and forth all day getting clothes to this dry cleaner. Before leaving, with the cashier and supervisor still there, I asked another customer, a woman, to look at two pieces of clothing and if they looked clean to her. It took her all of 2 seconds to see the stains and dirt and she shook her head aggressively. Conclusion: This is a poor dry cleaner and laundering business. There are many more around Tampa that are far superior. Maybe their prices are a bit better, but the quality is the worst of any dry cleaner I've ever taken clothes to. This is the first time in 20 years of using dry cleaners that I've ever taken an article of clothing back to complain.

The manager Ariel refused to give me my refund of $10 which I know is not that big of a deal but the issue is you all sent a text saying my order was not ready and therefore are just telling me on a Monday afternoon that my order was actually ready in the text was not supposed to have sent to me. This is very poor customer service and I will not be bringing my business back here. I have included a screenshot of the text that they sent on Saturday and she said it only applied to people who dropped off shirts, my order consisted of one dress and one pair of jeans. Then they removed the tags which left a glue spot the size of the tag. I asked for the glue to be removed and they said they would have to clean the items again at no charge. It looks like they tried to remove the glue on one item, damaging the wool fabric in the process. Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL.
