Such a cool little cafe/restaurant located in downtown Dearborn. Fast and friendly service. Restaurant was very well lit and modernly decorated. We chose to eat outside in a very comfortable area. Mike, one of the counter workers, brought out all of our dishes when they were ready. The lentil soup was amazing, very unique and not overpowering. The side salad was large. Very fresh greens and the house made balsamic had that sharp, tart flavor balsamic fans will certainly appreciate. Wood fired pizza did not disappoint, crust was exceptional. We also had a falafel wrap that was very good. My girlfriend eats falafel frequently, and said it was one of the best she has ever had. We will be going back soon, as I am looking forward to enjoying the Thai Salmon Salad and the meatballs. I'm sure they will be wonderful. Just had lunch at Trio, had a delicious build your own salad and a shrimp pesto pizza. All dressings are made in house and the pizza was delicious. They also have yummy cannolis made with ricotta filling. A welcome addition to the Dearborn food scene, Definitely will be back. read more

I got a margarita pizza which was exactly what i wanted. It was a little sweet, but that's what i loved. My family got the burgers. The bread was very soft but it was not as delicious as they had hoped. For the price of the food, i was expecting a little more. Had an excellent meal. The pesto shrimp pizza was delicious and the house made Greek dressing was too. Prices are very reasonable. Has outside dining available with afternoon late afternoon shade but also umbrellas. Going back in to try the cannoli now. Owner was onsite and very friendly. We ordered the margarita pizza and bbq chicken. The food was good but the pizza wasn't hot. The cheese wasn't sizzling when the pizza came out and was kinda cold. We had to clean our own table when we sat and the entire restaurant didn't look clean or well maintained. The manager on duty seemed to be nice to the customers but was very rude to employees and for that reason alone we wiIl not be coming back. If I could give this 0 I would. This place is a terrible place to go I would definitely recommend blaze or mod pizza over this place. The owner gave me such a hard time for a refund because the pizza I got tasted like a cup of salt was spilled on it. I called them and told the the pizza was salty and they didn't put the right stuff I wanted on the pizza. They told me to just come in and we can either make you another pizza or give a full refund. I specifically asked did they want me to bring it back the guy said "no just throw it away." I did exactly that because the pizza was terrible. I go in the next because they are closed by the time I get off. The guy was so rude to me it was ridiculous. He tried not to give me my money back but the girl that worked there said to me but not to him that I don't think you ordered that because she was the one who took my order the previous day. All in all, the owner is plain racist because he told me he didn't believe me and I asked him why, he couldn't even answer that question which led me to believe it was the color of my skin. read more

All three employees were talking at a table in the empty restaurant when we arrived at peak dinner hours, and they then went behind the counter. The pizza is not wood-fired, despite the salient signage on the windows and the pile of wood inside the front door. Additionally, the scraping sound when the oven was being cleaned made a loud, high-pitched noise that made us all uncomfortable. The breakfast pizza was covered in pools of grease, and quickly became soggy. We specifically asked whether the sausage was spicy before ordering it, and we were reassured it wasn't. It was. Food was great although a bit cheap on the protein. They gave me a large salad and only gave me 5 little pieces of shrimp. I asked for a couple more pieces of shrimp and the cashier told me i had to pay more. This place was terrible. When my family and I walked in, we were told to seat ourselves. This wouldn't have been a problem except for the fact that the table was dirty. When we asked them to clean it, they said they would but never did it. Later, my mom and brother were ordering our food at the cash register when my brother said something in Arabic to my mother. They then proceeded to have a conversation in Arabic between themselves. This conversation did not in any way involve the cashier but he somehow managed to misunderstand what they were saying and accused my brother of saying an EXTREMELY offensive Arabic phrase. Both my family members were confused at the accusations, having said nothing wrong. This place was amazing! First of all walking in you notice it very clean and the atmosphere is wonderful. It being my first time there they were wonderful with walking me thru the menu on what they like, what I might like and explaining EVERYTHING is made from scratch. My son and I started with a Caesar salad ( which was big enough for us to split and take some for work the next day). My son order some Shrimp and Bread appetizer, he loved the shrimp and even though I don"t like shrimp I still had the bread. The mixture of spice/ingredients were mouth watering. Finally, we had the Philly Steak Pizza. I would of thought I wouldn't of been able to eat anymore but it was just so good, you just didn't want to stop eating. we were able to take 3 slices home ( it was still super good today for lunch). The service here is great. Super friendly staff and the decor is nice. Love the outdoor seating. But I've tried this place twice now, and still couldnt like it. I don't remember what specific pizza we ordered the first time, but it had cheese and some toppings. It was super oily and soooo salty I couldn't eat it. Also ordered "cheese bread" which I thought was actual breadsticks with cheese in them but was actually just a pizza without sauce. Again, super super salty and wayyyy too much cheese. Also got the macaroni and cheese. We really liked that. Delicious. That was months ago. Came back again the other day and ordered a margarita pizza because there's barely cheese on that. Also got another pizza with olives for my kids. Again, the olive pizza was so salty. They barely ate it. Bribed them to finish a slice with the promise of cookies afterwards. But the salad was delicious. Loved it. The salad dressings are all made in house I was told. Overall, I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I just couldnt eat the cheese. Probably wont be back. It might be a preference thing because I've had many people tell me they love it. Not for me. I guess I would say try it if you like and see for yourself. read more
