Staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming though, and seemed to know their clientele. Looked like they also had a small pantry for people in need, which was nice. This wasn't really a spot for antiques, though I'm sure there were a handful of things that might be called antique in there, but it was more just second hand/ boot sale/ thrift shop stuff. I had just taken an art class making shapes out of old junk, and this place definitely had a good selection for something like that.

I love that proceeds from this shop benefits a hospice care facility and that they had a parking lot for patrons. On my visit they had some ugly Christmas sweaters, variety of jewelry pieces, and coats. Thy also had misc knick knacks, furnitures, children and men's items. Pricing for items seemed reasonable here. It's a cozy thrift shop and I think it's worth a visit depending on what you're looking for.

It is open during the warm months on Saturdays and Sundays and the number of vendors varies depending on the weather. People come from as far away as Connecticut and Boston to search for treasures The vendors are an eclectic cast of characters with wares ranging from antiques and junk to produce and baked goods. The days we visited there were about 25 dealers. Haggling is encouraged but these guys are pros. You want to get there early on Saturday to get the best selection of treasures. Sally, who run the market with her family, is friendly and keeps things organized. The restrooms are clean with plenty of hand sanitizer and flowers. There is plenty of parking as well. The coffee at the food trailer is good, we did not try the food.

Why can't the market return to this rather than increasingly represent the division, hate, and violence in the US?

It's a perfect stop if you're on a road trip through Vermont or spending the day in Brattleboro. This store is fantastic for sweet and stylish clothes. The prices are fantastic. I got three skirts for $21. It has a really nice set up and the staff are incredibly friendly. The woman running the shop left the shop open an hour later because I got there just as they were closing and it was a Sunday. Just a nice little place to get some good inexpensive clothes. They say that they specialize in Gap, Abercrombie, etc but the real goodies are the brands that aren't famous and preppy (at least for me). Definitely visit if you get the chance.
