There were plenty of staff gathered in the back having a loud conversation, but during the roughly 10 minutes we walked around, no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. A Curteous professional sales person helped me select an appliance (made in u.s.a) in my price range, they have an on-site install guy gave me a price on the spot (happened to be there) and they came and installed it. She was great and she was very knowledgeable of each one. They even have a person on the site that has been repairing and refurbishing washers and dryer's for almost 30 years. He was very nice and he knew his work. I purchased a dryer "That day" and it was delivered "That Day". I didn't even spend what thought I would spend. There was a delivery fee but overall, we have a great dryer, it gets nice and hot, it drys quick, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It works like brand new.
