Once I had decided to purchase online, I waited too late to get it in time. When consider buying clothing online I always blow up the photo and look at the stitches, buttons and hard ward (I've been sewing for many years)...so I purchased it over the phone at the Valencia location. As a small business owner of over thirty years, I've learned that customer service is just as important as the quality of a product. Brian picked up on the second ring! I told him my situation and I was able to purchase it in about 1 minute. Brian promptly sent me the invoice via text. I told him my daughter works near TS and she would pick it up. Once she arrived there was no parking. I called and spoke to Brian again. I asked if he could run out and throw the bag in her car. He said he would! I describe her car, and gave Brian her name. Both times when talking to Brian I felt like he was more than happy to accommodate me (which he did). When my daughter got home with the product, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pants. They are beautiful! Some may think it's a little pricey but I think you get what you pay for and I can tell that this item will be worn for a long time. The only thing I must regrettably say is that the website wasn't as easy to get through or else I probably would have purchased shirts there too. Also, there should be a way to get a website discount if you walk in. Thank you so much Brian. I can't remember the last time I received such great customer service.

The pants were ok but just scratchy and weren't the right fit for my bf. Seemed well made though…read more But I was oot when arrived for 2 weeks, so apparently only had one week to return them. I never imagined 140 dollar pants would have a 21d return window. What a waste of money

A hidden gem, this place offered entertainment for the artistic and creatives! They sold artwork, merch, and apparel! Truly one of a kind pieces that showcase the true meaning of community, art, and passion! My bf loves his long sleeve that he bought, and I see their stickers everywhere! They really go the distance! Service is top notch hospitality and authenticity, and the value and quality of the pieces are timeless and embody true small business core values!

The chalkboard sign caught my attention, and I kept walking...until I thought: why not go meander around inside? I kinda lucked out! Randomly ran into the creator of Tod the Bunny. He was super friendly and briefly walked me through his art. After that, Patrick who owns the shop (runs it/created the space), was super kind to walk me through everything being displayed. He talked about Tod the Bunny's inspiration wall, and I took a sticker home with me (he might have known about my secret sticker obsession). There was a wonderful showing in memoriam to Paul Escolar, and funds are being raised to help his family. Pieces he designed for Freehand Yo Yo were on display, too. Super informative, and broadened my appreciation for the lost artist. I loved the mock ups for a variety of gear with their many artist collaborations. It was a clean space, that really displayed a vibrant collection of hand-picked local Bay artists. And I liked hearing about the special pen collabs, because I geek out over pens like I'm back in Jr. High. There's nothing like finding that perfectly flowing ink pen that harmonizes with every stroke you make, and even makes you love your mistakes. Highly recommend checking this spot out. I'll have to come back and try the coffee, too. I might be a little partial because 1. I saw some cool vest made from a TJ's bag, or 2. I recognized 2 of the artists works in the gallery. It's like a gentle hug from the universe telling me to continue following your intuition: inspiration and satisfaction are out there to be discovered.

So glad I stopped by. Turns out Ubi himself mans the shop - got to have a really awesome conversation with him about jeans, how his store came to be. Ubi is an extremely passionate and nice individual, was awesome to talk to not only the owner but people who created the jeans I wear everyday. If you have never checked out these jeans and have an "interesting" (athletic/large legs, "normal jeans don't fit me") then check this place out. Sadly Ubi does not do any repairs at his shop at this time - however he was able to provide me with someone local to me (Oakland) who can repair the goods. Also ended up picking up two extra pair of jeans while we chatted about motorcycles and what not. All the other wares inside where pretty interesting and good looking, I just didn't need to grab anything else at the time - though I'll definitely be swinging by whenever I need anything else clothes-wise. An excellent shop with amazing selection, run by an extremely awesome person. Nice little coffee place immediately next door as well, so that's a extra plus.
