We have been using Dispatch for around 3 years now, and honestly we could not be happier with them! Jerry is our usual man on the job, and he always shows up on the days that are set on the schedule. We recently called to schedule a routine spray inside the house due to the warm weather, and he was so courteous when calling ahead to let us know to put our dogs outside, and didn't ring the bell to set them off. We've also called them to come take care of a little wasp nest that we noticed forming next to our front door. They were there the same day, and not only took care of the nest but showed us how to do it as well. We haven't had a single roach or spider problem since we've hired them. This company exceeded my expectations! After finding crickets in our new home after a storm, I panicked and called several pest control companies in our area. Dispatch was the best one to respond and come out to us the next morning to spray inside and outside our home. The customer service was amazing everyone was super friendly. Their prices are reasonable and based off the size of your home and lot. They gave me a magnet with the dates of when they would be back which is helpful. Also, the said they would come back and spray the inside for no additional charge if we found more bugs inside the house. Overall a wonderful experience and so grateful for this company. We have used dispatch pest control since moving to Vegas 3 years ago from Denver. They have always been on time, have been very professional, and have done a great job. We had mice problem in the neighborhood and with new construction going up all around us we decided to get a bare box. We have not had any issues and he checks the bait box every time and refills it when needed. We have never seen a bug inside the house, and in 3 years have only seen 3 dead roaches outside the house. CJay was referred to me by my neighbor, I had just been stung by a scorpion and in so much pain , and very miserable for three days . So I called CJ he came over immediately. Four of us on the corner where I live all hired him so that we could have coverage in our area of Green Valley , so that this would not happen again. BEST SERVICE EVER. Moved into a new house 6 months ago and have had issues with scorpions only when the weather gets above 100° - they are extremely affordable and they also just got us in when we found one in our house last minute! These folks are great! From the office to the field, they're friendly and work hard. The regular treatments do the trick. Two summers ago we had an ant invasion, and they were here right away for an extra dose outside, plus giving us steps to take inside, all of which stemmed the onslaught. Dispatch is the second Pest Control service we've used since we've been in Las Vegas. We started with Orkin, which we were pleased with, but two things caused us to switch: 1) Orkin was about $70/service (every other month), Dispatch is $55/service (every other month), 2) we found a scorpion in the house, and when we talked with Dispatch, they said they would use a scorpion specific spray, we did not find any more scorpions after this. Also, not a reason we switched, but an important one, Dispatch uses chemical compounds that are much easier on the systems for dogs and cats. We have both, so this is important to us. We like Dispatch because they are always on-time, will spray inside the house or in the garage if we ask, and they are the most friendly and courteous professionals. We've had two different techs come out to our house (different techs do different areas) and we've been pleased with both. When we first went with Dispatch, we did sign a up for an auto pay plan, which cut down the cost. Also, at least when we signed up, Dispatch wasn't serving the whole valley, so I would check with them if interested. read more

I have been using Dispatch Pest Control for 8 years. The product used is safe for animals. The staff is amazing and spray my property and entire house outside every other month. If I have problems inside they well also spray with no added charge but since they spray so well outside I have no bugs inside. I feed Hummingbirds and they took care of the ant problem around the feeders. I do have a rat problem outside but it is also taken care of by Dispatch. I use dispatch for my house and my condo. This morning my mom woke up and found a huge scorpion on her wall. She was freaking out. She called dispatch and the owner came right out took care of it for her. Thank you Dispatch for always being there. I signed up for dispatch pest control in 2010. Things were going well at first and then I questioned if they even showed up. Vegas does not have a lot of bugs , however I started seeing mice, and scorpions. I had to pay extra for those items and the issued continued. I relocated on January and called to cancel the service. I was contacted by collections for $189.00 because I did not cancel in writing. The phone call and the empty house was not a sign I moved. I paid the fee to save my credit. BE WARNED: READ THE FINE PRINT! I'll admit: I was a sucker and swayed by handsome young salesman who came to my door. I hadn't had my home sprayed in some time and had seen a few unseemly critters scurrying across the floor on occasion. I let him talk me into a one-year contract that included half-price on the first visit if I signed up for autopay that day. I initialed where it said I'd pay a $150 fee if I canceled, in spite of the voice in my head that said, "Really? You need this?" Service-wise they show up and do what they say they'll do. At least I assume so; I was never home after the first visit but would instead come home to a note on my door saying they'd been by to service the property. Customer-service wise, however, they rank quite low. They have a bit of a scam operation going on, with an "automatic renewal" after your contract is fulfilled, written into the fine print. It states that you must specifically tell them, in writing no less, if you don't want them to continue beyond your contract date. I moved to a different home mid-way through the contract, and I called them to give them the new address. At that time, I confirmed how many months were left on my contract. Silly of me to assume that actually ASKING how many months remain on my contract might indicate that I was not interested in continuing regular service beyond that date. Maybe this would be a place for her to ask or remind me that the service would automatically renew if I didn't specifically cancel. Oh but wait, why do that? That might lead to someone actually confirming that they want to cancel. Better to wait and get at least one more month out of them. As a result of my naivety, Dispatch showed up after the contract end date to service my property against my wishes. When I found the "we've been here" note on my door and called to inquire, it was explained that while the salesman didn't explain this part of their policy, it is in the contract. Just a "so sorry, don't know what to tell you." When I pointed out the previous phone call during which I had inquired about months remaining, the response was, "Well I made no note of it, so you didn't ask us to cancel." In other words, whether or not my intent was clear didn't matter. You have to say the specific words, PLEASE CANCEL. I offered to compromise, since it appears we both made a mistake, and asked for a discount on the final service. Again, the answer was, "No, it's in your contract and you didn't specifically ask us to cancel." Alrighty then. I actually probably would have used them again on occasion; I just didn't want to have an automatic service. Now I feel scammed and irritated; both at myself, and at the sleazy and borderline unethical business practices of the company. Lesson learned. read more

I have been using Dispatch for over a year now and they are awesome! They put down a lot of product (3 gal) once every 2 months which is more than enough. No cockroaches or any other bugs. If you notice any bugs after they spray, they will come back out for a re-spray free of charge! I really love their service! read more
