Date of visit: April 12, 2026 I do miss the days where every mall in town had a Warner Bros store and a Disney Store, selling a variety of merch from your favorite corporate behemoths. So it was a nice surprise to see that this giant store is still standing at Times Square. While I definitely didn't NEED anything, I did want to see if they had any Eeyore items for my mom who is a big collector of all things related to that sad donkey and they didn't disappoint with an interesting plush featuring an inner tube and a straw hat that I had definitely not seen before. With anything Disney-related, be prepared for crying on the way out (from both children and adults) as well as long and slow lines, but I was still pleased to score a piece of merch that my mom is sure to love! read more

So let me start by saying I am a huge Disney fan so of course my Disney reviews are always a little skewed. This is a beautifully decorated location. Make sure you go up the escalator to the second floor, even if just for the escalator. Great merchandise selection but lacking in pin selection. Times Square is a hot spot for tourists that visit New York. There's a lot to see and do while in the area. Given that Times Square is a magnet for large crowds, it's ideal to have some shops that are unique to the area. Of course, you will find several souvenir shops, but you'll also find one of the last Disney Stores in the nation The Disney Store has brought magic to areas that are further away from either of the theme parks. While I didn't see any (authentic) characters posing for meet and greets, they did have a large Minnie Mouse statue near the entrance. This should suffice as it was dressed up as The Statue of Liberty. Plenty of people stopped to take a photo with the statue. This store has two levels. It's a bit small, so having two floors helps to improve the flow of foot traffic in the store. There is an elevator in the back if you have a stroller or need assistance going up or down to the next floor. The store carries Disney-themed clothing, toys, kitchenware, and more. The prices are reasonable but you might find better deals in the clearance section of the store. They also carry official theme park merchandise at a discounted price. The Disney Store is great because you'll find authentic Disney merchandise that you can't find at larger toy stores. You'll also enjoy a bit of Disney Magic when you are many miles away from either of the two them parks in the continental United States. The fact that so many of their stores have been closed down but yet, you can still find one in one of the most popular tourist spots in the country is a blessing. It's nice to have something magical in Times Square because it adds to the overall experience with the bright lights and entertainment opportunities in the area. read more

The first floor is lot smaller and they do some stuff that isn't upstairs so it's worth exploring both floors. Elevators or a escalator ride to the 2nd floor is easy. Much bigger selection upstairs and it's broken up into themed sections. They have a good Star Wars selection here. Plenty of staff to help you if you have any questions with anything. read more

The Disney Store in Times Square is pretty cool if you're a Disney fan. It's massive, but surprisingly the prices aren't much higher than what you'd find in any other Disney Store. They have a great selection of Loungefly bags and Minnie Mouse ears, and when I went there was a great amount of Halloween merch and Christmas ornaments. Be prepared, though, it's very crowded, and the lines while you're checking out can take a while. It's worth a walk through if you have the time. read more

So, fun fact, if you are the first person in line at store open, all the employees applaud when you walk in and they give you a giant key and let you open the store. I didn't know this was the hype. I needed to start my day, but I loved it! Store is very well air-conditioned and incredibly comfortable so if you're just cruising by, not a bad place to stop and shop. Things are predictably expensive (it's the Disney Store in Times Square) but if your kids (or you, we don't judge) are diehard Disney fans, this is definitely worth the stop. read more

This Disney store is HUGE! Considering we only have one small location left in LV. It's always nice stopping by this particular location when we're visiting the city. It's located right in Times Square. This store has 2 levels and is filled with everything your Disney heart desires. First level showcases Mickey to Disney Princesses to Star Wars and the second level has majority of the Pixar theme. The cast members we encountered were super friendly. What a cool store to have in NYC! I felt like I was back in the parks being immersed in Disney magic. From photo ops and plushies, to New York specific merch this store had a little bit of everything. Cast members were helpful in answering questions and the store was well organized and clean. Prices were standard Disney prices. I wish that they had a New York City Disney Pin (maybe of liberty minnie???) for purchase as I collect pins every time I go to the parks. The store is gorgeous, and huge! The staff are super helpful, and they helped me find super good deals in the store. I ended up buying a Nightmare Before Christmas sweatshirt, which was 30% off. I love the New York touches they implement throughout the store's design, and the NYC-specific merchandise is so adorable! I love that they cater to the young adult crowd as much as the little kids in what they're selling. Too many of their mall stores were catered to little kids only. absolutely MAGICAL ! everything i was wanting & more. seeming that most disney stores have shut down, it was amazing to see one so huge, with many attractions, & two stories ! the cast members were so sweet & welcoming, & made the experience delightful. the place is huge, but very crowded with visitors. many knick knacks between statues & the rapunzel themed elevators - my favorite ! - & the many various art on the walls. they had plenty of items between anniversary items for characters, stuff animals, apparels, you name it ! they even carried rare loungefly bags you can only find in disney parks. my only complaint was how expensive everything was, but given it is disney, & that they were out of a lot of their new york tourist merch. besides that, if you're a disney fanatic, i highly recommend you stop by & envelop yourself into the magic ! read more

Its usually good but i knocked down a row of like 10 dolls because they were unstable but they do have a 2nd floor with a lot more stuff and even and area with a cardboard cutout that is a castle shape. They also close at 9pm so go before that. The workers will help with stuff like when a kid spilled a bag of his m&m's, the worker was praying because she has to do this everyday but im not sure. The price is high probably because of inflation or tarrifs but its a pretty nice store and is good for kids to go to. read more

Disney is both a gift and a curse. It's a great time for the kids, at the same time grains the energy and money out of your bank account. As I am traveling to DisneyLand next month, I wanted to get some matching shirts for the family. The store is just a few blocks from my office, so I decided I'd quickly pop in; however, when I arrived, the line was down the block. After waiting quite awhile, an employee said it would be a few hours before they opened. WTH? Apparently, there was some mechanical issue inside, which took them over 30 minutes to let everyone know about. I returned a few hours later and it was sort of a waste of time because I ended up having to order online. The store itself is very neat, but always very crowded. I came to this store last year while in town and it was awesome! I love Disney! This store is a Disney wonderland for Disney lovers everywhere. The place is jammed packed with a ton of dolls, princesses, figures of Disney characters, clothing, glassware, school bags, socks, pretty much everything you can think of with the Disney logo on it and with some sort of Disney character on it. I especially liked going up the escalator to the next level and seeing the Disney paintings displayed and walking through the Princess castle walkway, which was a replica of the Disney castle in Disney world. This is a must, for all Disney lovers! Definitely family friendly, bring the kids, but keep a close eye on them, when I went, it was packed with so many people, basically no room to walk around. read more

It was nice to bask in a bit of Disney magic here in Times Square. I had fun browsing items here, such as the Snow White Poison Apple mug (which I later looked online and was able to purchase for $10.), various Mulan mugs, and a beautiful Sword in the Stone journal. With the upcoming live-action Mulan, there was a huge display dedicated to Mulan in the Princess section of the store, which was wonderful to see. There's also New-York exclusive merch here on the lower floor, like plushies of Minnie dressed as the Statue of Liberty, shirts, and pins. Customer service here was fantastic as well! I struck up a converesation with one of the cast members, and he asked me, "What if I told you that you have the magic power to choose a song to play throughout the store?" I chose the song "Where Do I Go From Here?" from Pocahontas 2. We even geeked over obscure Disney music, like the time when I was at the Disney store in San Francisco over the holidays, and they played music from the Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas sequel, and even a cast member there was shocked that I could identify the music. I was in Manhattan just the other day. On a outing and it was very cold out side that day, so me and my coworker while out site seeing went inside the Disney store. This is a really nice store with 2 levels and so much Disney memorabilia and statues really cool for kids and adults. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Soon as you come in you are greeted very pleasant. They also have escalators to take you to the upper deck . Definitely a family oriented store .the kids will definitely love it ,from the frozen characters and toys ,to every Mickey mouse and mini mouse stuffed toys you can imagine. My favorite was the in the glass statue of the star wars stormtrooper .a classic starwars character from when I was a kid but they have him in a red uniform instead of white. Definitely a classic Disney character ,to me he has to be up there with Luke Skywalker. I love Disney and have always liked visiting the Disney Stores when possible. This is one of the few remaining stores outside of Disney World in Florida or Disneyland in California. As expected for being on Times Square, it was pretty busy but they are prepared to make people wait in line outside if it's too bad. The store has some fun theming - the escalator to the 2nd floor is Tangled themed. They have large fans throughout the store blowing on you which isn't great. The merchandise was neat and orderly. What disappointed me was the lack of a New York specific ornament or trading pin. As a collector of both I've always been able to find one of the two items when visiting Disney stores in tourist destinations.
