But still associates stood around just watching the lines. I finally said, "can you open another register?" She said she was not allowed unless her manager said she could. I said "why don't you call her" finally a woman "manager" came over and said something to her and she finally went on a register. I was literally in line over 10 minutes. Not acceptable and will not return. AND the associates who were on break were smoking right outside the front doors! Totally unacceptable!!

This particular Hobby Lobby is located on a shopping center called "Horsham Gate" on Welsh road in Horsham Pa. with a lot of other great store to vist as well. Hobby Lobby reminds me of a combination of Home Goods and Micheals. They have a abundance of floral decor, home decor, fabrics, party supplies, xmas decorations, toys, etc. Definitely a one stop shop for gift giving! As you can see, I'm in my heaven in a store like this because I love to decorate and reimagine my home. You can browse for hours in Hobby Lobby. The prices are great too! So if you've never been there, I would suggest you check it out. They definitely get 5 stars from me.

I know it's Black Friday and we should expect lines but the lines in this store didn't move and were handled poorly. There was a girl trying to have people form one line and be assigned a lame to stand in. This wasn't working and people just walked up and got in line while the ones following the rules had to wait their turn to enter. Some of the lines didn't move at all, others were moving a great pace. They had a girl scan some orders while we were online. I thought this would speed up the process but it did not. Everything was still checked and rung up at the register. Poor use of this ability! I love the selection but I'll be returning to another location, Everyone has crowds on Black Friday but the way they handled them here just wasn't ok. Also, there were multiple coupon issues. Some lines allowed, some did not. When I questioned my cashier she told me no I couldn't use mine, I asked for the manager and she looked at me like I was nuts. I had just seen the manager allow the sand coupon to be used that I was trying to use. Very little consistency with little sense of urgency to move the line. Good thing there are many locations to shop instead of this one

ZERO STARS!! Extremely disappointing experience at The Mole Hole in Peddler's Village…read more I came in with my family, including my daughters, and admired the store's many wind chimes. As a consumer, I love the sound of wind chimes, and yes, I tapped a few while walking through with my girls (there were no signs anywhere saying not to). Instead of kindly addressing it, the man who said he was the owner came up and told me to stop, repeatedly ordered me to leave the store, and went so far as to say I "couldn't afford" the wind chimes anyway. I found this insulting, unprofessional, and frankly discriminatory. I could afford the items (I even bought a $35 bracelet despite the treatment), but no customer should be spoken to that way, especially in front of their children. When I asked the front desk to get the manager, the staff refused. Peddler's Village is supposed to be a family friendly place, but this was one of the rudest encounters I've had as a paying customer. If management cares about customer serviced and inclusivity, they need to seriously rethink how people are treated here. I was humiliated... told to leave immediately and that I "couldn't afford" anything in the store. Disrespectful, condescending, and felt outright discriminatory because YES IM HISPANIC! Families beware: spend your money elsewhere!

They took $10 off, and my $10 precious coupon and 30% total $14. I saved $84!!!! Doing my happy dance. Upon entering the store on aThursday night at 7:45pm. It was quite and not busy at all. I was able to go shopping without bumping elbows with people or carts running into you or running little kids. I went to the jewelry section. It was well stocked and did not look messy at all. All items that were on sale were clearly labeled. Also there was one female worker stacking and fixing jewelry boxes. The next section I went to was the bedding section. The section was neatly stacked and clearly labeled. This store was already selling Christmas items. The last section I went to was the men's section. That was where my husband was. Like I said previously my husband purchased two items that were not on sale. Yes, it was clearly marked that it was not on sale. There were 2 female employees working, they were putting out new items and fixing the men's section. I did ask one of the ladies question. I asked if all items in the store would be 20% off. She nicely came over to us and explained how the 20% worked. I was very grateful for the explanation and the help. There was also a tall black gentleman, who was also very nice. I mentioned to him, that was trying to get some of my Christmas shopping done. He chuckled and said best to get it done now before the crowd comes in. I will continue to come to this Kohl's. I had a positive experience. The store was clean. Upon checkout at 8:18pm. There was only one cashier. I did not mind, since I was next in line. She was a very pleasant lady, she was not rushed and very kind to both my husband and I. I asked her questions, I just wanted to make sure that i would get 20% off, $10 off and use my $10 coupon. She was so nice ! She said don't worry. She also mention if I had the yes 2 you rewards and I said yes. She said those points are tripled!!!!

The two employees and myself were standing next to it to get some relief. This store always has dressing room fans but they didn't help today, just blew around hot air, I would have shopped longer to try on items had it not been so hot. The mall is legitimately dying out. There were so few people shopping . Poor HVAC is not going to encourage more people to shop instore.
