USUALLY I love supporting small family businesses: their dedication to customer service and desire…read moreto work with the customer's vision really sets them apart. However, I cannot even describe how TERRIBLE my experience with Schweon's was. Alan, the owner, has the largest ego I've ever seen in a man, like...ever. "I've been in this business for 43 years, I know what I'm doing." Woah! Congratulations, man! Good for you! But when you belittle me for how I want MY own tuxedo to fit for MY wedding, you clearly shouldn't be in this business. If you don't want to meet the customer where his vision lies and treat me like CRAP, then don't sell to customers! Make suits for yourself! At least that'll save others from dealing with the egotistical, arrogant, and outright RUDE employees that work here. I also don't want to make this a race thing, but let's just say, I haven't seen him (or his other employees) treat his white customers this way. Alan, if you're reading this, no one gives a crap how long you've been doing this. No one. If you treat your customers like how you treated me, you've been an awful businessman for 43 years, or whatever number you were blabbering about. Time to retire and reflect on your ego! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not sure why they have all these great reviews; it's probably all their family friends and Caucasian customers. They deserve 0 stars for how they treated me.

The manager in that store was rude from the very beginning once we decided to do a rental it got even worse. He told me I was frantic and needed to calm down - I was totally confused as were my kids because we were trying to pay for our rental prior to leaving and were def asking questions while they were ringing us up. I told him I was not frantic and also proceeded to ask if I was annoying him at which point he replied yes - I apologized for annoying him and said I was just trying to get my suits and he said thanks for apologizing which totally shocked me as to how he would dare say that when I never were rude or frantic until he came at me. He then said he wouldn't sell me a suit and wouldn't give me a name although the employer acknowledged he was the store manager. This store is horrible. Don't go there and so was the staff. I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow as well. Miserable people. Don't shop there

Most seem annoyed especially if you need alterations or adjustments. The "white" rental shirt was not white and it was wrinkled at pickup. We starched and ironed it ourselves. There is a $20 surcharge if there are any changes like different shoes, even if the item does not have to be FedExed. I wouldn't return here after our experience. Adding: after this review and one hour after putting on the suit, the button popped off!!! The suit also only came with 2 button covers for the shirt. Three buttons were visible when the jacket was buttoned so a third button cover should've been in the package. The covers were not used because it looked unfinished with only 2 covers. These details are something that experienced men's suit retailers and rentals businesses should be looking for.

I come into the store and no one seemed interested in helping me. So I interrupted a conversation by two employees who were sitting down talking. I got the suit and tried it on to make sure alterations were correct, as I spent almost $100 on them. Well the sleeves of the suit were 2 different lengths and both were at least an inch short. So now I needed to make a return trip, very inconvenient. When I returned the 2nd time to try on my suit, the older man who assisted me had a real attitude. I asked if they stopped giving you the cheap suit hanger bag, he said they are now $3 if I want one. Mind you this is my 2nd trip and a big waste of my time. You would think they would just throw it in. Nope. Had to ask the guy to just put a plastic bag on it before I took it out of the store. He was very condescending. Not sure I'll be back to men's warehouse. Btw, this was the 7th suit I've purchased from them.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted like a friend and the entire staff has superior knowledge in hair health, styling and color. I booked a haircut with Christina for Sunday, October 12th at 12:45 PM. I even confirmed the time twice with the woman who took the appointment over the phone because I live an hour away and needed an afternoon slot. She clearly said 12:45 PM, and I put it in my calendar the moment we hung up. I drove an hour on my only day off to be on time -- only to walk in and be met with attitude, rudeness, and complete blame-shifting. The staff insisted my appointment was at 10:45 AM, claimed I was late, and told me Christina had already left. Then they had the audacity to demand I pay a $170 "no-show" fee even though I ARRIVED at the exact time I was given. They claimed they "called me since 10 AM," yet I did not receive a single call, voicemail, or text. Nothing. Absolutely no attempt to reach me. When I calmly offered to stay and wait, they flat-out refused to accommodate me or even attempt to fix their own scheduling mistake. David and Sierra handled the situation with zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero accountability. As someone who has worked in salons, I can confidently say I have never seen a business treat a client this poorly. Any reputable owner would have apologized and corrected the error -- not doubled down and forced a paying client to cover THEIR mistake. The entire experience felt like a scam. The customer service was horrifying. And the way they speak to people is beyond unacceptable. I will be telling everyone I know in the industry to avoid this salon. If you value your time, money, or basic respect, DO NOT go to David J. Witchell.

Quality merchandise for the woman seeking to dress for her leisure at home or the sweaty workout at the club. The space is a nice reuse of an older shop on State Street. It does not carry a ton of design and sizes, but it offers enough variety to make the occasional visit worthwhile. This store is the sister of a larger traditional Gap in the Village of Newtown Shopping Center. Between the two, and the infrequent run to Old Navy down in Oxford Valley, the Gap Empire is a valuable and visible presence in the community. To take advantage of a special discount offered several years ago, I signed up for a Gap credit card. Since then, I have used it sparingly, but enough to generate "Gap Cash," that can be used in additional to any other sales promotions. Just yesterday, our purchase of $106, became $42 with the exercise of these valuable perks. No complaints from the wallet, nor from the one who thinks me generous to allow her to splurge. Staff is mature here, and everything is low key. Looking forward to tonight.
